Hey, I was wondering what all of your chest workouts were like?
Usually I will be doing 3 exercises a flat press, incline press and cable flies. How much do you do and what have you found to be most effective?

pre exhaust with cable flys 4 sets 8-12
decline bench 4 sets 8-12
incline dumbell press sets 8-12
floor press 3 sets 6-8
cable crossovers 4 sets 8-12
I do upper/lower and the pressing part of my upper body workout is incline bench, push press, close grip bench but my chest reacts really good to any benching, it pretty much grows no matter what. Just focus on progressive overload.
"Usually I will be doing......"
You should be changing what you do regularly. Don't get set into a routine, mix it up regularly.
aylmejorI love incline smith. And the butterfly machine.
12-15 reps getting hard or failing towards end
Effective for what? Size? Strength?
Hmm mostly size but whats your input for strength as well?
I always start with incline dumbbell press. Upper chest is harder to build for the most people and so i avoid having an imbalance. Then flat press and then cable or dips. I can't decide which is better. I get an insane pump on the cable but the dips are unmatched when it comes to the burn in the lower chest.
