Being careful while on cycle

ad

I like many of you, im sure like to push it to the limit day in and day out in the gym. Constantly trying to set new personal records on all my lifts, while your on cycle is the best time to this. However I injured myself last week. I believe that my muscles are getting to strong for my ligaments and joints. I know its just an ego thing to go heavey on bench but I have been trying to exceed my max atleast once a week, last week was no different so on Friday I went to get a workout in and I was warming up on bench with 135 and I could barely do it through the extremely sharp pain in my rotater cuff. This is very upsetting and I feel like all my gear for this cycle could possibly be going to waste. Im going to take a week or two off on chest and shoulders and just focus on legs, back and core and pray its nothing serious!!

Im just basically saying be careful while on cycle because even though you feel like your a god and strong enough to lift something your joints and ligaments may not be capable of handling that amount of weight yet.

Cheers!!

Sorry to hear bro. If your a powerlifter I understand the regular Maxing out but if your trying to get big lifting big has nothing to do with it. I'm sure u know. I Max bench out of curiosity maybe once every 6 months. And that's after extensive stretching and warming up also with a very good spotter (there are such people as this lol) just take it easy and heal up brotha. Nothing worse than not being able to lift!!
