+ 1 A 4-Day split I found and like so far

ad

So I was looking to change up my routine a little and get away from straight heavy lifts week in and week out. I came across this 4-Day split on basskiller

http://www.basskilleronline.com/4day_training.html

Currently I run it - Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday

It's nice that way I get a day off mid week and I have off on the weekends. At first I was skeptical. Didn't seem like a lot of work but once I passed week 1 and got into the routine I started liking it. I just finished week 4 and I plan on completing the entire program. It gives you flexibility in your exercises. I chose different ones each week but I do keep basic in their (I.e. Bench and squat). I've been leaning more towards incline bench recently.

Check it out and see what u think.

This is Leo Costa's Big Beyond Belief. I'm currently doing the 2x of day, 6x a week routine. Works real well for me except for Thighs. Also check out his Titan Training. BBB is serious growth 3 and Titan training is serious growth 4. There are all free pdf's online. Let me know if you can't find them.

I checked it out and I'm a little mixed on it. It looks like you are hitting your major muscle groups three out of the four days (am I reading this wrong, or is it just one exercise per body part?). I sometimes feel that I'm almost over-training hitting them twice a week, but that is with 3-4 exercises per body part. I'm not knocking it, just an observation. How do you feel about it and how do you feel running it.
Regardless, I'm glad you posted this, because I'm always looking for ways to improve and change up my program (+1).

Very interesting. I'm looking to change things up in the coming months, so please keep me posted on your progress with this. I'll send you a friend request as well. Thanks!
