What is the most important food for you?

ad

There are a lot of good foods out there and if anyone is like me they rely a lot on one food they eat a lot. For me fairlife milk with omega 3s is a godsend I drink close to a gallon a day when I’m bulking and also Oikos triple zero Greek yougurt all the time I eat atleast 4 a day 15g protein low carb and high fiber. I’m always open to finding new foods that are good for our lifestyle so I’m hoping you guys will have some good basic foods you eat all the time

New York strip roast. It tastes so much more delicious than just the steak and just salt and pepper makes it taste good or you can flavor it anyway you like. I can eat off it for days and not grow sick of it. And I feel anabolic when eating it in large quantities, like I’m primed to grow.

Bro those triple zeros look great from a macro standpoint but just one or two has me ripping gas for about 24 hours after. I think it’s gotta be the fiber they use. Don’t know how you do 4 a day.

Hahaha yeah they got me for the first week but don’t bother me anymore. It’s chickory root fiber I think and I haven’t seen it in any other foods or supplements maybe that’s why.

It’s not the most important food for me but I don’t hear many people talk about popcorn.
It’s great when your bulking or just snack on throughout the day.

Homemade so no excess sugar or salt.

This is the nutrient content of a 100-gram (3.5-oz) serving of air-popped popcorn (5):

Vitamin B1 (Thiamin): 7% of the RDI.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin): 12% of the RDI.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): 8% of the RDI.
Iron: 18% of the RDI.
Magnesium: 36% of the RDI.
Phosphorus: 36% of the RDI.
Potassium: 9% of the RDI.
Zinc: 21% of the RDI.
Copper: 13% of the RDI.
Manganese: 56% of the RDI.

This is coming with a total of 387 calories, 13 grams of protein, 78 grams of carbs and 5 grams of fat.

This serving also contains 15 grams of fiber.
It makes it one of the world's best sources of fiber.

I’m surprised there’s 13g protein. Is this the equivalent of one bag?

So was i, its probably closer to a couple of bags.
I drive a lot with work so it’s an easy way for me to get carbs in while I’m working.
