+ 1 Peanut butter banana protein pancakes

I guess this is more of what’s for Breakfast but I eat breakfast foods 3 times a day sometimes lol.

I just made this today for post workout and it was fucking amazing.

1 cup kodiak cakes mix 14g protein
1 egg 6g protein
1 cup fairlife whole milk 13g protein
2 tbsp Pb fit 8g protein (could actually use some more)
1/2 banana sliced

41 grams protein
50 grams carbohydrates
About 600 calories of deliciousness!
