I found these multi-grain w/flax flatbread from flatout, 9gs protein, 100 cals,2.5g fat 200mg sodium 17gs carbs, 8g of diet fiber, they taste great and a good way to add some extra protein and good carbs. i sauteed some shrimp in whole butter with garlic, cayenne pepper spicy peppers and onion. wrapped that shit up and delicious and nutritious. Just thought id share a good product.

The bread sounds great, but according to all my research when training and dieting, only count the protein that use to have a head, or came from something w/ a head. Milk n eggs count, pasta and bread doesnt. Just the way it is bro. Good recipe, if ur really watchin sodium tho most shrimp is soaked in a brine solution for preservative and has salt thru the roof? Maybe u hav fresh stuff tho idk. Just trying to give ya something extra to pay attention to.
BLW5000sounds yummy
We need to know your stats first hahaha, that sounds like it would be good.
Try marinating the shrimp with some lemon and lime juice, cayenne, paprika, minced garlic and a little salt and pepper for 4-6 hours. Then cut some jalapeno, onion, and more garlic minced. Then put a sautee pan on the heat and add a some olive oil and butter and add everything and cook until shrimp is done, wont take long and its good on a tortilla.
