Chimichanga or enchilada idk, it's good tho?

All right bros, shopping list is as follows
1lb chix boob
1 small onion
few sticks of cilantro
jalepeno
bell pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
1tsp minced garlic
1 oz plain greek yogurt(tastes kinda like sour cream)
homemade salsa
whole wheat tortillas
evoo
mushroom
So, you cut up chix, onion, cilantro,jalepeno,mushroom, bell pepper, and garlic and sautee in skillet until browned and veggies to ur liking. now i often cut into even smaller pieces. Then take the tortillas fill to the brim where u wrap them. place in casserole dish. I make 4 and have 2 per meal. The recipe can definitely be supersized. Now you have 4 wraps in the pan brush them w/ olive oil lightly I sprinkle w/ garlic powder and ground cayenne pepper. bake 10min at 350 then lightly sprinkle w/ cheese using 1/2 cup. bake additional 5 min or so until cheese is melted to ur liking. Remove from oven serve w/ homemade salsa, extra cheese, yogurt. If there's interest I have a couple good recipe for salsa, both red and green. the green puree is an awesome easy way for me to get veggies, I can literally drink the stuff but I use it for salad dressing and just something to dip my meats into. All store bought sauces are loaded w/ sodium. this is just veggies, herbs and lime juice simple. a lil salt does make it taste a lil better, but that is true about most things Smile Try it, u'll like it?
