7 grams of protein to one ounce of chicken breast, so 16 ounces x 7 grams = 112 grams of protein to one pound of chicken breast. wright.???

any thing wrong with getting most of day to day protein needs from a few lbs of lean
chicken breast every day. just to help cut down on so much protein powder...
i have about 200 lbs or more of chicken in my large ice box. always buy it on sale...never never full prices.

The more real food you eat the better off you are. Real food beats powder all the way. After workout whey is better, but aside from that eat that chx up bro. Foreman grill's gonna be your new best friend. Fuck boring, fuck taste, you no longer eat for taste, or because your in the mood for it. If your serious about body building, you eat for content.... Good Luck

no, other than the fact that it might get boring pretty quick.
