Warrior Diet?

Been hearing a lot about the warrior diet.
anyone with experience? was going to read Ori hofmekler's book but i figured id ask here first.
someone also said he developed a "bulk" version of this diet..any input is appreciated.

Why people allways are searching for some strange ways to lose weight??? Complicated diet plans, hunger suppressant pills, weight loss pills like Duromine or Phentermine... Eat healthy food and move more! THAT'S ALL!!
i know that diet..over half of america uses it.
Try my "see food" diet, if you see it, eat it!!
