Torn pec recovery process stage 1(surgery)
ad
Surgery went well!! They were able to completely repair my pec. 100% strength is attainable. Lots of pain but worth it. I think ill document the recovery process. What do you guys think about monthly updates? Think it would help people out should they encounter a injury like this?

full recovery, 6 months. correct.
6weeks in a sling, after that about 3-4 months of physical therapy.
the tear I had was in the middle part of my left pec, tore from the bone,(doc said it doesn't happen as often as a tear near the tendon)
not sure where your tear is but you might look at less recovery time.
cosmetically, ill have a small indention. nothing to noticeable.
going to give tb500 and maybe epo or igflr3 a try. speed things up a bit.
Great idea. Glad your the surgery went well. Whats the timeline they gave you on full recovery, 6 months or so? I opted not to get surgery and have just about fully recovered after 3 months but of course there is the noticible indention. I may get the srgery down the road though and a log would be great to follow.
Good to hear it went well brother.wish you a speedy recovery.Injuries suck for sure.Definitely worth taking notes and sharing bro.I just posted one about a nightmare injury i got last year.Tried tb500 peptide and it helped me out a lot.
Thank you brotha! I was thinkin about using that. Possibly 5mg and taper down over the course of 10 weeks. What was your protocol brotha?
