very insightful thread but i still have alot to learn about deiting damn lol lot to think about
Another strategy is intermittent fasting. This helps me a lot during a cut. May sound weird but as long as I don't eat at all I can manage the cravings, but once I take that first bite the floodgates open. With intermittent fasting a few times a week I was able to really lean out while still being able to satisfy cravings during my feast
So you basically just eat enough to keep your muscle growth when hungry, and then stop eating?
It's a lot for me to type up cause I'm on my iPad but here are a few articles ill type a write up on it and post when I'm back home tm

Don't eliminate your carbs all together, but keep them to a minimum and try to not consume any after about 2pm or so. You can also load up on veggies like broccoli and cauliflower. Will give you a sense of fullness without loading up on storable starches.
im carb cycling bro and i like it, i would NOT do no carbs, youll get weaker and i just hate that feelin just do 3 days of high carbs, and 3 days of starchy carbs (brocolli, greens)
I'm assuming by no carbs u mean keto. What keto does is use your bodies fat as energy, so to get to that point you need to cut out all carbs. Once u get your body into a state of ketosis u shouldn't feel tired anymore, it takes a few days for your body to transition though. The reason people continue to feel like shit can only be because they are doing it wrong. A lot of guys don't realize that certain foods they think are carb free actually have some tiny amount of carbs in it. And that tiny amount of carbs can take your body out of ketosis leaving you with no source of energy, hence the feeling weak. Done right, no diet can beat keto when it comes to burning fat. I am a big fan of it.
my mistake i am having carbs - veg mostly but no sugars or simple carbs.
I know waht you mean mate I hate the feeling too. What do u mean by high carbs bro?
scootertrampNo carbs or complex carbs. Cutting is never easy so i eat lots of broccoli and filling vegetables. Yes, they have a small amount of carbs. 6grams per cup is meager on the daily list and will help. I feel ya!
