I'm just curious what others have noticed when taking T3.. I had some labs ran that showed my thyroid was a bit on the sluggish side and with extra weight I still want to lose ( and doing TRT ).. I wanted to incorporate some T3 into my weight loss protocol. I'm eating super clean.. lifting heavy.. and on a weekly TRT schedule of 150mg Test Cyp.. 1mg AI, 500 IU of HCG.. and I just started taking 25mcg of T3.

I notice NOTHING from the T3. It's a little frustrating.. I'm starting to think my T3 is junk. After reading a lot of the forum reviews.. it seems getting quality T3 is hit or miss.

I take 25 mcg in the morning.. empty stomach.. and feel no different.. and hear many that say when they use a quality pharma grade T3.. 25mcg produces very noticeable effects.

Maybe I'm expecting too much.. or maybe what I have is junk. Any suggestions?

T3 is great when you suppressed your metabolism with a deficeit of calories and with heavy cardio. Also if you are taking gear that suppress it . 25mg will kick start a suppressed thyroid that amount is so low it won't harm it unless taken for a very long period of time. If you use 25mg when you feel super tired everyday from dieting for a contest watch what happens. Just don't take T3 for a very long time or at very high amounts. I'm not saying certIn people with thyroid issues already won't make things worse I'm saying at such a low dose and with a health individual already there will not be a problem. Always get your thyroid levels checked before during and after use to make sure everything is fine and back on track.

Agreed with Makwa 100%. 25 mcg of t3 is about what your thyroid would normally put out on its own so you are shutting it down for no reason. This would be like a man with normal test levels going on traditional TRT and never blasting... Just kind of pointless. Plus, you are really playing with fire when you go messing with your thyroid. T3 won't do anything that diet and cardio can't. Have you tried fasted AM cardio? That will melt the lbs off

All you are doing with 25 mcg is most likely replacing what you normally are producing. this is going to do you more harm than good. Don't mess with T3 period! It is not worth screwing up your thyroid for life for the chance of a little bit of accelerated fat loss. So unless your doctor prescribes it, don't play around with it. It is some serious stuff and to many people are just casually using it thinking it is a miracle fat loss drug. Well it is no miracle drug. Diet is your miracle drug my friend.

I wouldn't self medicate. Better to talk to your doc about your thyroid then do it yourself. Theres always a chance you can permanently mess it up (way worse then just being a bit sluggish) messing with thyroid hormones.

Right on.

25MCG is pretty much considered a replacement dose for T3. It will put most people on the high range on bloodwork. Also, always go with pharma T3 in my opinion.

For noticeable fat loss, run the T3 at 37.5mcg at least i my opinion. But don't go too much higher unless you are running plenty of anabolics alongside.

Thanks for the info Rsto. So do you think it's possibe that dosing 25 mcg would yield no "feeling"? I understand the concept about replacement dosing, but wouldn't my body need to see that dose.. be over the limit a little, and then respond by dropping it's own production after a few doses of 25mcg? I am going to try what you suggest and go to 50 mcg... my goal was to stair step up to 50 or even 75mcg.. run it for a couple of months and then slowly back it down to nothing over the course of 5 weeks.

Even though I don't "feel" anything at 25.. and I'm not sure what I would feel.. other than possible being hot and maybe rapid heart rate if I went too high of a dose.. the one thing I do notice.. is my mind feels clearer. I don't think it's placebo.. I feel more "on" at work... if that makes sense...
