Quick question about Yohimbine HCL

I got 5 grams of it in powder form and have it measured out to go. I plan on starting with 10mg at 6:30 am and 60 minutes of moderate cardio at 7am. This all of course being fasted for 10 hours. I've read as much as i can, and plan to work my way up to 20mg + caffeine before my fasted cardio.

However

The source I got it from told me that it's only beneficial if I take 25mg YOH HCL before each meal, 3 times daily.

Are they nuts? or am I missing something?

Also, anyone have alot of success using YOH and Caffeine for a fasted cardio session?

I have had a lot of experience with yohimbine and lost 85lbs so far on it. What I did was take 10mg with 240mg caffeine in the morning and fast for the 1st hour of the day. I keep my first meal strictly protein, no sugar and that pretty much how I use it. I can say from my experience that cycling is the best way to go, when I would take 10 days off from it and go back on I could see an instant drop in weight. There might not being anything to back up what I'm saying but I 100% believe cycling it is the best way to use it, something like 2 weeks on 10 days off or whatever floats your boat.

Also I bought the powder as well with the tiny scooper that is the smallest scooper I EVER used and even bought a micro-gram scale to measure it but the scoop was so light it didn't even register on the scale. The scoops were so uneven every time and I could feel the difference with each scoop being a different dose. My suggestion is to just buy the tablets at 10bucks for 90 2.5mg pills. Much easier and much more precise.

Hey! I had bought my yoh before typing this, but I also bought it as a powder. the scoop in tiny as hell! today i used 5 scoops with 250mg for some fasted cardio. Did you use the Yoh for cardio? I'm also implementing intermittent fasting.

the weight around my stomach is dropping slowly but surely. As of now i use it mon-fr and sat-sun off, i usually start the day off with a 5 mile walk at 6 am. things have been going well.

did you use HSW? the packet says the scoops are 5mg each, but i doubt that is correct. 5 scoops is great for me

That is way to much. Start at 5mg and see how it affects you. Anymore than 5mg and I feel hot and like shit.

Yes I take 5mg yoh and 200mg caf 45.mins before cardio. Love it
