Opinions for a first cut
I'm 6'1 327 currently. Im a HW strongman competitor. I have ran two cycles with AAS so far with no issue. My next cycle I would like to lean up a bit. Like most guys I carry most of my fat around my mid section...the power belly and love handles lol. Ill be running an RP strength cut diet so my diet will be in check to cut fat before I start the cycle. I have winny orals on hand that I received as a promo with some other gear that I bought from a source on the board. I've been told by a couple of local bodybuilders who appear to know their shit when in comes to a cut to ditch the winny and use clen or albuterol. Thoughts on this? Also, I was planning on using Test Prop with the winny...how would you recommend dosing that or should I look at another ester or another combo all together? Thanks in advance.

I started out at 6'1 270 two years ago. I've never had a true bmi measurement taken. I am smaller in the waist and midsection now than when I started lifting but almost 60lbs heavier...so id say things have went well so far. Pretty much everything I've read says that clen is a no go. What about the winny and albuterol?? and how would you stack it with test?? as for cardio...there wasn't much of that going on. Im not a powerlifter, I compete in strongman so I condition based on the events coming up....most of the time its 1-3 minute rounds...the past few weeks ive been working 20-30 minutes of cardio in on the treadmill before hitting the weights. working up to an hour is the goal. The diet I will be running is an RP strength diet template...from what I understand its more centered on carb and nutrient timing than just eliminating carbs all together. The goal there I believe is to kill the fat and retain the muscle so it isn't an extremely fast process but it is proven and used by a large amount of athletes.
TrigguhHappy1442I use to take clen...gives you heart palpitations. Not a good feeling. You would do alot better with a ketogenic diet. Walk in the morning before breakfast and at night after dinner.
Uphill walking, move to jogging, eventually try to sprint. I understand you're a power lifter and probably don't like cardio but it's literally the only way to lose fat without jeopardizing your young body...your heart at that weight has too much stress as is. Your diet is flawed. You're training is flawed. Just adapt I guess. I hated when people would say shit like this to me, but trust me, there's no short cut here. Just do the cardio and fix your carb intake.

Years ago I would take clen for extended periods of time, also while on gear. My face was always red, I was always warm and my blood pressure was always high. It made it hard to sleep and just overall wasn't a great feeling. Taking clen helps some for fat loss, but not that much. For me, real fat loss always comes from perfect diet hitting 6-7 meals per day, and fasted cardio every morning (45 minutes). I won't do clen anymore because it doesn't help enough to justify all the sides. The best fat burning substance I have ever used is pharma grade GH, and testosterone dosed above 1g/week.

I prefer not risking my health anymore, I've had alot of complications with my health due to looking for shortcuts, drugs, steroids, etc.
At this point I just wanna be healthy and look decent.
Honestly a good cardio and diet routine will leave you feeling better and happier and healthier. But clen will burn more fat, leave you anxious, Shakey and unhealthy with heart palpitations.
So when you say "better" it's subjective depending on goals. I think a salad is better than clen...

Yourdadlosing "serious" amount of bodyfat need a lot of time with proper cutting diet ( high protein-low carbs). I am using clenbuterol right know and it is very effective by raising your body temperature....it comes with a lot of sides which personally are affecting my training. Dont expect to see a lot of difference .....A steroids cycle gave better cutting results to me....maybe is because of the duration I run the cycles
Clen is not recommended above 8 weeks...the longer you run it the risk is greater to enlarge your heart. You can run clen for 1 month, if your overweight with bodyfat over 20% clen is not very effective and your blood pressure will rise significantly. You should hit cardio at least 30min fast running a day or when you wake up 1 hour walking ( if you have treadmill in your home). The key to lose bodyfat is do cardio imedietly after you wake up
People says that hitting cardio decrease muscle mass, it is not a risk of it?
YourdadFirstly when your trying to lose a lot of bodyfat your main goal is to stabilize your current mass and improve your definition. You do either bulking or cutting
Hitting cardio every day for a lot of time decreases muscle mass but everything people do more than normal has negative impact on them. In fact, cardio improves your immune system,gives you energy and has positive impact on bodyfat..you should try to keep your cardio in moderate. However professional athletes prefer do their cardio early in the morning when they wake up..There are several studies that cardio in the morning is more efficient.....preferable walking or steps helps them retain their bodyfat low. Actually with fast walking 45 min a day early in the morning I guarantee results!!! Me personally I do 5 min every day very fast running to raise the temperature of the body before jumping into the weights
