ad
I'm out of shape Born as a mesomorph I'm 260 6ft Probly anywhere from 20-25% Body fat I had a shoulder injury which was the source of my problem I want to shred the fat but stay large going for a frank McGrath look seems to me that we have similar body types what's the best route to take. Cycles? Meal plan? Exercise? Obviously I won't look like frank but I want to get on the right track.

AnonSearch the site for posts by sgtstedanko. Implement what he says and you'll be dropping the weight. The basic rule is that you can drop 1-2 lbs a week if your diet and exercise is sufficient. Sometimes you can drop more in a week, but too much and you'll start burning your muscle off which isn't good. Realize that it will take awhile to burn the desired fat from your body. Personally I'd avoid stuff like clen/t3 and lose the weight the proven safe method: diet and excercise. Get some hydroxycut or a simply ECA stack if you want an added edge (though it's really not necessary).
step 1: find your motivation- a picture or a book or a magazine. Tear it out and.
Put it in your notebook or some place you will see it all the time- this was key for me.
Step 2: set short term realistic goals and modify them when you hit those goals
Step 3: do your research- there are thousands of posts here to help you out
Step 4: be prepared- buy everything ahead of time- starting without all nesecary items could lead to disaster
Step 5: stick to the plan- it can take weeks to see results, dont get frustrated if you dont see changes right away
Step 6: ~enjoy the results from your hard work.
And remember.. Weightloss is a marathon, not a sprint
Good luck bro. .
SpyVWish I could thumbs up this, cause its pretty much as simple as those 6 steps.
"Weightloss is a marathon, not a sprint." Is so very true. It probably took a long while after your shoulder injury to start gaining weight. It took a lot of poor dietary choices, and a lot of unconcern to get there. You can't set back the clock overnight, or even in a month. But you can make yourself feel 100% better by the end of your first month of progress.
Me, I like motivational speeches from people I've idolized over the years. Go youtube Arnold Schwarzennegers 6 Rules to success, I like to listen to it once or twice a week. Always keeps my motivation up.
You'll probably see awesome gains in the beginning, then they taper off rapidly. You really just have to have the intestinal fortitude to stick to the gameplan and push through it.
Thanks man.. lost over 100 lbs using this philosophy.. utube is a great source for motivation used it many times in the past.
It was great advice. I used to be a weight loss counselor, and this is exactly what I would teach people. Of course I would teach them to eat healthier and change their lifestyles, but what you said is at the core of it all.
Diet and exercise.
