How difficult is it for women to get below 15% naturally?

ad

So I've done bulking diets, I've done cutting diets. My latest, I bulked up to 147, then cut down to 131 (what I am now). And I swear, even when I've done 800-calorie per day diets, diets with no carbs or sugars, and even when I did such diets for extended periods of time it seems I never was able to get quite below 15% body fat. This was very seemingly and endlessly frustrating for me.

It seems that it is not possible for women to get below a certain level of body fat naturally, due to hormones and childbirth-related reasons. If it is not natural or possible for women to attain below 15% BF naturally, then how do the professional women do it?

What supplements, steroids, or estrogen blockers do they take? Clen? T3? Nolvadex? I'm curious as to what people on here recommend for somebody to get to maybe 8-12% body fat as a woman.

Unfortunately genetics/hormones play a large role in what you are trying to accomplish. Yes there are compounds you could use to manipulate your hormone levels but I would advise serious caution, the risks and side effects are scary. IMO if your not making a living on stage this is a road you do not want to travel.

good question
i was always amazed at what, say 20% bf looks like on a man compared to a women, night and day difference
