diet help
I have been reading this site's forums, cycle logs, etc like it's a bible this past year. I've been intrigued by the plethora of knowledge presented by the members of this site. I have learned so much about many different things from the members of this site. So I thank all of you for educating me on numerous things. One topic I have heavily researched has been AAS. For anyone my age (19 years old) involved in bodybuilding, it is undeniably tempting to take the plunge into AAS. I mean come on, it speeds up results; most my age are looking for shortcuts in all areas of life. After much research and reading on this site, I am waiting until I have reached my true genetic limit; while it is surely difficult to determine what our genetic limits are, in regards to musculature, I will be waiting until I feel as if I have reached a true plateau (probably 5+ years from now at least). With all that being said, I am seeking guidance on a diet. I have experience in weight loss; I lost 72 pounds my sophomore year of high school because I was tired of getting bullied. I, then, started training with "heavy" weights hahaha (they were heavy for me then I promise). I have a very broad frame naturally, my shoulders have always been broad. My family doctor actually ran a hormone panel on me here recently, only to discover that my free test levels are quite high. In reading the results of another lab test done, he informed me that my body still produces a much lower than normal amount of myostatin. My mother's birth father and brother were both competitive bodybuilders, could this be why i have those "blessings" in my genetics? It has been really easy for me to pack on muscle mass and gain strength. It's relatively easy for anyone at first, I presume. But it has gotten more difficult, but still very manageable. I also realize I am only 19, so this would account for my test levels being high. I have built quite the physique for myself over the past 4 years of very strict training and a lot of food. I have gone from 272 pounds to 200 pounds, and I now sit at 262 pounds at 18% bodyfat (caliper reading on skinfolds, as well as the bicep testing done in the gym, same reading after 3 tests each method).
My goal: to get to around 10% bodyfat.
I'm not trying to be a nuisance or "troll", I am seeking guidance.
I am an extremely self-motivated individual, and I have strong will power. That being said, I will follow whatever macro counts you lay out for me, any cardio. Whatever it takes guys, I am willing to listen to y'all. This site has proven to be very beneficial to me as of late, especially with showing me the correct way to bulk (lean bulk), I will definitely watch this more closely after the cut. I am at 18% bodyfat, wanting to be around 10% bodyfat. I am willing to give this as much time as I need to, muscle mass preservation being a priority in this, I realize it takes time. Give me any kind of macro counts to follow, general diet plan (example meals), and I will be forever grateful. Clearly, I realize there are many routes to cutting; ketosis, carb cycling, IIFYM, caloric deficit. Just hit me with whatever you've got to offer, I'm very open minded, I just want to knock this goal out of the park and hopefully start training for a show next summer!
Thank you so much for reading this (sorry it was so long, I just wanted to give as much info as possible).

Have a look and drop me a line if you like. You seem to have your head screwed on for a young lad so if I can help you out I will.
hunteron20sMy goal is 10% as well .i was 14 % but wanted to bulk and went about it all wrong and shot up to 20% .i make all my meals now .i lost 2 inches around my belly in 2 weeks with no cardio.i dont go crazy on exact macros ,i keep it simple .
Lean meat a complex carb and vegetable or fruit .then if i need to adjust from that point its easy to do so .here is a example of a meal i use
1 lean turkey pattie roughly 5to 7 oz
Half of a sweet potato .
Then i have organic baby food like apple or a fruit .
I know it doesnt break it all down but this is working for me now .so try and see what works for you .plus if you dont mind loss of some muscle .toss in some cardio to get more fat burning out the way .
