diet help!!!
ok so i am wanting to change my diet from the keto/anabolic diet to a more balanced diet to help me cut up although i have lost around 25 lb. i feel a lot of it was muscle as my bf has stayed the same throughout the whole process. The diet did not achieve the results that i had hoped even though i was consuming the recommend calories and macro nutrients of high fat moderate protein and low to now carbs. I am also trying to do this natural as i am to afraid to juice again maybe once i get a solid base ill juice to bulk or something idk the diet is the important thing so i would like help on that. I am 268 lb. 21% bf and 6'3 age 25 i do many types of training from GVT, 5x5 and drop sets i always try to hit high volume i like to feel like I'm getting the workout. This is my new diet now i workout in the morning so i don't like to eat a lot before i work out
Meal 1
2 soops iso whey
1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2
2 scoops iso whey
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbs all natural pb
Meal 3
8 oz chicken breast
2 cups of brown rice
Meal 4
2 scoops iso whey
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbs of all natural pb
Meal 5
8 oz chicken breast
2 cups brown rice
Meal 6 either 80/20 beef or 90/10 beef ( for now i want the cheaper)
1 cup brown rice
macros
Carbs 356
Protein 339
Fats 112
3762 overall calories
I would rather start off high to get adjusted then i can start cutting calories as needed.
What do you think ????? maybe i should juice ? maybe i shouldn't i have enough on hand to juice but i want advice on what to do!!!!! to juice or not to juice that is the question!!!!!

With those stats at 25 please do not juice yet and why are you doing such a high calorie diet you need to drop fat badly get down to 18% or less before cycling...and something about this post is fishy you lost 25lbs but no body fat...and you're 268lbs at 21%...no offense brotha b/c I'm a nice guy but the whole story doesn't add up for me...
I used a bod pod and that's what it's said fat free mass went from 231 to 211 and I wanted to adjust to carbs then start dropping idk how it happens either I'm baffled my bf stayed 21% the whole time
Yeah I'm not judgey like a lot on here just trying to help...the % staying the same is a lot more feasable then the lbs of fat staying the same...that still sucks but that means you lost of bunch of water/waste and maybe some muscle...still 25lbs is a lot without some fat...the calories aren't horrible with cardio etc but I would consider running at 3000-3200 cut that beef for turkey or chicken at night and leave a few hundred calories for an additional snack or splurge
