Test cycle. Current diet. Critique

ad

Hey guys, currently on second cycle. Been working with logan with my diet to fine tune it. Goals, obviously trying to put on muscle. What Im not trying to do is put on bad weight. I dont want to go above 20% body fat. At 5'9", 215, this is my current diet:

M1 – 12oz Egg Whites, 40g Oatmeal, 150g Pineapple, 1 Glass Coffee
M2 – 2 Scoops Whey, 1c Oats
M3, M4, M5 – 8oz Chicken, 8oz Yam, BBQ Sauce, Asparagus
M6 – 8oz Steak, 1c Rice, Spinach
M7 – 2 Scoops Protein w/Ice and Water (Optional)

I am fat sensitive. Meaning, I add fat into my diet, and I get fat. I notice no difference in recovery, energy levels, strength. The only thing it does is make my abs dissapear. This is my first approach without adding fat.

As far as cheat meals, if I do cheat, I cheat on M7. How many times a week? Well lately, whenever I want. Ive been really criticized and talked down to for cheating that much. I do it because Im at 13-15% BF right now. Can still see abs fine and vascularity around the body is pronounced.

The purpose of this thread is to get other opinions other than myself and logans in an attempt to build this diet to perfection for me. I also have a 50g Karbolyn and 50g Whey shake after I lift.

Thoughts?

First time i heard someone being sensative to fats.

if your gaining to much fat try dropping cals. dont be afraid to manipulate diet based on weekly or month progress or lack of it.

seems fine. keep in mind it's hard to blow up quick on low calories, nothing wrong with "lean gains" though.

hard to give feedback with out your macro #'s ... you should download the app called "myfitness pal" and enter all of your meals into the diary, and it will calculate your daily totals, and give you a sweet pie chart to see what your ratio's are... but i'd cut out the shitty foods if i were you
