New workout! new start! new diet! colitis disease.... the start week 1

ad

Ok guys here it is .....was diagnosed with colitis disease over 6 years ago never taken any med till last year when I got my first flare up,medication as it stand I'm on 1600mg asacol a day and 5mg pred a day for the rest of my life...dropped the pred tho due to horrible side effects but my disease seems in control without it....I've done every diet and workout plan you can think of in the past 5 years always been anywhere from 92kg to 102 kg weather taking gear or not and when I'm standing tall at 191cm lean that body weight just ain't enough........I've heard and done every single thing people and members of my gym have told me to do anywhere from eat massive calories to doing high reps low reps drop sets eat better eat junk mass gainers every type of steroid available...and my body weight still ain't left 102kg....you cannot imagine training for 5 years and the gains are less than half your gym partners are and he's only been working out half the time..It gets me so down and so depressed.....

Let me give you guys some of my syptoms so you can get a basic idea....

Fatigued
Lathargic
Anxiety
Feeling drained
No weight gain
Depressed
Very small lean muscle which don't feel strong
Just all around shit

Now the workout I've been doing recently

Monday.chest
Tuesday.back
Wednesday.legs
Thursday.off
Friday.shoulder
Saturday.arms
Sunday.off

Around 4 to 5 exercise each body part 4 sets of 8 to 12reps

Now here is where my thread is going to start....

Saw my doctor just over a week ago told him the whole story and he send me to a professional nutrionest for colitis. ..then I've told him the whole story we've done bloods and everything is good to go...After a good 4G minute session he explained to me that with colitis it doesn't matter how much calories I force down my neck it won't make a tiny bit off difference so I was a little confused...He further went on to explain in much more detail ..basically as we know the human body only absorbs a certain amount of what we eat and in my case a lot less because my colitis killing a lot of it so what has been absorbed cannot be getting burned off so to speak then he further went on about my gym and how I train explaining that when I've been destroying each body part in the gym my body just don't have the energy or nutrients to heal and create new muscle growth ...so as it goes I need to train as little as possible with as less reps as posibble buch as much impact as possible.....so my nutrionest been a gym nut gave me a workout plan....

All yo can do is keep trying new things until you find something that works. If what your doc/nutrionist told you isn't working, move on to something else. After couple of months you should know for sure if it is something that is going to work for you.
