Genetic Limit
Hello,
I've recently researched on our genetic limits as our species (obviously human..). It seems that we are able to obtain 180-190 or so lbs. of lean muscle naturally. This constitutes to our natural hormone levels and our generic ability of moving objects. Apparently we're not very strong creatures, and we lack muscular structure. We are rather gifted with our minds due to that lack. 190 lbs of lean muscle is big, to most, but compared to IFBB pro's that is roughly 70 lbs more depending on height.
Even at 260lbs of completely absolutely lean muscle, with maybe 3% bodyfat, are we really incapable of achieving higher? Are we structured at such a weak extent in which we are not capable of even achieving beyond are genetic limit? Why is our genetic limit so low and how is it that it can not be improved upon? I don't know of anyone who has reached this genetic limit, and to be honest they would have to be STUPID to attempt to without AAS.
We can obtain 2-3lbs of muscle per year after 5-6 years of training. It is proved by a research done on multiple pro NATURAL bodybuilders. 2-3lbs per year of muscle would be .20 lbs per month or so, or 1/5th of a pound. In my opinion, I would long have given up.
What do you think?

Heres my 2 cents regarding strength of monkeys/Apes . If you were born in a tree, forced to swing from vines, run from predators, eat 100% natural, no processed foods, climb up and down shit for say 10 years, you would be one strong MF'er. Plus you get to shit in the woods and dont have to waste energy waiting for the bathroom in a house full of women.
56tooAlthough I think those stats are very generalized, they are some very interesting and valid points. I like posts like these, they make you drift off into deep thought. Thanks bro +1
Monkeys are genetically close to our bodies as in muscles and tendons the difference between us and them is we have more developed brains than they do hence require more energy. Whereas monkeys do not have big brains there energy is focused more on the body which enables a monkey that weighs 140lbs to have the strength of eight grown men. Same with other animals more energy is focused on strength.
That is very true. Physically though, is it really that much of a difference? I would imagine 140lbs of muscle is 140lbs of muscle regardless. That makes me wonder even more on how it all works.
You answered perfectly in my opinion haha. I think that those who choose steroids are the ones who seek shortcuts and are able to comprehend how inferior we are when it comes to something as simple as muscle and power. We may realize it subconsciously but we still see the truth. AAS is a shortcut, and what human doesn't take shortcuts? haha.
AnonI may have not read properly and answered correct oh well sorry!
AnonI think though are bodies are limited we are top dog in food chain because of our minds other animals are brutes and are ignorant compared to us! I feel that hey if you cant do it natural thats why us smart humans have steroids lol natural big or unatural its all good.
Anoninteresting post dude!
Thank you
I'd really like to hear what/if anyone has to say or what they think regarding this topic.
