Hi
I've done the odd course. over my younger years and have had some ok results. Never wanted to be huge, just a little bigger.
I wasn't educated on PCT so lost more than I gained each time.
I'm older (36) now and want to give it a go properly from start to finish.
Open to some good advice.

ther is no motivation or advise will help you unless you start by urself with consistent program

I suggest you do some strength training for couple of month before you start. I call it "pre PCT".
Monday: squat 5x5, bench 5x5, dead lift max
Wed: squat (80%) 5x2, shoulder press 5x3, glute10x5
Fri: squat max, bench max, power clean 3x5.
Mon: squat 5x5, shoulder press 5x5, dead lift max
Wed: squat (80%) 5x2, bench (90%) 5x3, glute 10x5
Fri: squat max, shoulder press max, power clean 3x5.
You will see your strength improve, don't skip on workout. Try to get up to two plates for benching. After two month, strength gain will plateau, then go back to your regular training.
I also recommend you do cardio for at least 12 minutes before work out.
I'm not a real expert on gears and PCT, but PCT is good for keeping your testis working normal.
Power lifting is key to keeping your strength and hopefully will translate into good work out when you are off the stuff. I've been told many times here to eat right, so I figure it doesn't hurt to reiterate-get a good diet plan!

If you can't eat or train properly then steroids won't help you . You need to sort out your diet and gain 30 or 40lbs naturally before thinking about using gear . You need to do some research on nutrition .

Hi bro, first of all you should read the rules, you're talking about a source in the open forum which is forbidden, after this it's full of guide on how to pack on mass trough the natty way, if I were you I would start over there.
