Diet and Foods
Just been asked by a friend to mentiom this to ppl. I'ts concerning my diet. I'm 45, and i'm on all year around. (tapering down , off-cycle, to a low level of test to reach a zero point of bloat and growth). When i'm on cycle, i usually stick with test, but at big quantities. The thing is, that i never have, (before; yes), sides. Many years ago i started completely avoiding colesterol in my diet, and voila: no sides. No acne, no itching nipples, no problems pissing. I changed from eating red meat, egg-omlets, dairy products, like heavy cheese, to eating fish. Fish and again fish, combined with egg-whites, cottage cheese, veggies/fruits of course, beans and most interesting; Quinoa. After that, my sides were gone. I know we are all different, and i'm sure that there are ppl out there doing just fine with the products i gave up on. So; this is only meant as an inspiration to those with sides like acne and other sides. Staying away from reds, fats, (and especially fast food), could help reducing/eliminating sides.

AnonThis is pretty interesting. I wonder if this is why Goth doesn't get any sides and very little acne. Our diet consists of mostly fish and limits the major sources of cholesterol. However, the diet doesn't seem to limit my sides at all.. so it must be different for men and women as well throwing in those individual differences.
