Clean Bulk before cycle

I was given the advice to see if i can reach 200lbs at least with a clean bulk diet. Ive read a fair amount about different dieting techniques. Currently about to move out so will be on a little tighter or a budget but i can still afford a sufficient amount of food...

im looking for help to make a very strict diet plan that i can follow
I work at a desk job so im able to eat anytime of the day

Im looking to put together a meal plan for every meal of the day.. when to eat/what to eat.. ect

I am dedicated to do this so ill keep a macro diary as well..

if anyone is a specialist at meal planning or has a great knowledge base about clean/cheaper bulking
please help and let me know!!!

This strategy has also worked well for me for clean bulks. Being a hardgainer though, you may need to bump up the weekly calories.

If you are a hardgainer you don't need a strict diet plan. Your diet plan is just to eat. Read this.

PS: my goal to bulk is at least 200lbs. i have a high metabolism. but if im able to id like to bulk higher than 200
