Carb back loading
ad
Carb back loading seems like a really good diet to put on size and lose fat. Basically you eat no carbs the first half of the day and anything want all night. I got as much info as possible googling it.. But there Is a guide for like $50 those of you that have tried it is the guide worth it?? Or is it as simple as no carbs than tons of carbs at night. Thanks!

AnonSeems like it would be better to do the carbs up untill mid day , then no carb at night.
Yeah this diet is opposite cbl says that your cortisol or w e is high and I insulin is low so you can out one at easy in morning and should do a fatburner and protein only for breakfast post workout insulin is high your glucose is low in muscle anything you eat goes to muscles research carb backloading
^ This.
Im using something close, called carb nite. I only eat carbs twice a week at night, but i dont just eat whatever i want, i still only eat complex carbs. Im getting ready for competition so im trying to cut.
I tried this for a little while(few weeks) didnt purchase the book your talking about. I liked it at first and was putting on some weight and noticed i started looking sloppy. Just wasnt for me. I dont know how people can eat whatever they want at night without putting on fat unless u running a good bit of tren...
Hmm yeah. diet seems very risky I am trying to cut. I have actually been usin this but not going as far as eating donuts lol when I carb load every iffy it's rice chicken good food. Anyways I am not a valid test subject I have been running test prop and tren so yeah.... Maybe I would get better results If I just do a cutting diet??? Idk. I just love this diet because I really only want protein first half and I feel I burn a ton f calories with no cans in me when I lift. Than I go home and just go to town ha
