Just right now I usually have 3 protein shakes at around 50g each (more whole foods these are just quick portable drinks). In the morning I have a cheap whey/casein combo with milk, oats, coffee, and pb. Then I have whey post workout and casein before bed.

Looked into getting more eggs and what it looks like is a dozen eggs is 50g protein plus fat from yolks for about 2$, or a container of whites with 100g protein for almost 4$.

I heard whole eggs were cheaper but from my math seems about equal with more fat and time. Anyone know good online places for bulk whites?
