Yohimbine HCL + General advice
Hi All,
Currently cutting. I have at times been using an ECA stack especially the last few weeks. The only issue is I am getting more tired using it and my tolerance is going up to caffeine. I am not popping more than 200mg in a four hour window. I am eating a pretty clean paleo diet with less than 100g of carbs per day, 100g fats and 220g protein. I am hitting at least 40 minutes of cardio daily, with two HIIT sessions a week.
I am flat out tired though not going to lie. Even after 8/9 hour sleeps I am pretty tired until I get the BCAA's in before my workout, pop a 200mg caffeine tablet with 24mg ephedrine and smash it up lifting with cardio at the end. ZMA before bed then good night vienna.
I am losing 2/3lbs each week and my lifts aren't going down, inevitably im sure im losing a bit of muscle but generally im happy with the weight loss diet/training and I do feel good for the food I am eating, no processed meals. I am not looking to change diet or training at this point.
I am thinking of cycling off the caffeine + ephedrine for two weeks. That means zero intake at all to try and reset the tolerance level and i've seen a few people suggest Yohimbine HCL as another supplement which helps people cutting. Does anyone think this would be worth running for a few weeks? I know it works better with caffeine but it is supposed to help with energy in circulation and using fat store as energy. Has anyone taken this before? Would this be a good move for a while? I am planning to keep cutting until summer so im definitely not just finishing up for some stubborn fat areas, I still have a good chunk to lose.
I've also started to use DAA and wondered if I should probably go with an estrogen block like PES erase PRO at the same time...maybe for a leaner appearance and to help preserve a bit of muscle if possible. I know they aren't anywhere close to as strong as our preferred substances on this formula but I won't be touching the usual stuff until my bodyfat is sub 15%.
I guess the other option is take Benadryll for a week and reset the beta 2-receptors so I become responsive to stims again.
Apologies if this is the wrong forum and sorry for a wall of text.

Anontaking 2 weeks off from caffeine completely will def reset your tolerance, just be ready to be more tired than you have ever been in your entire existence... It sucks balls! You can try and supplement it with something else... don't know your cycle or compound history so I'm not going to go into specifics on that.
