+ 2 Naringin experiment
ad
I recently tried an experiment with naringin and though I would share if anyone's interested.
Little background: I have always had issues with my hematocrit being high. I live 11,000 ft (3353 meters) above sea level. The high elevation is the reason for my naturally high hematocrit. Before starting AAS I sat around 47.
I've been BnC for 2.5 years. On a cruise my hematocrit is usually around 51\52 (even with regular blood donations)
I am currently on 600mg test e & 750mg primo per week and 2iu gh ED. My level is currently at 49.3.
I take 1\4tsp of naringin extract powder every morning and evening.

How long do you supplement for prior to labs?
Look into ip6. Supposedly it does the same.
Been supplementing for about 10-12 weeks. Also noteworthy, haven't donated blood in 9 months.
Will look into ip6. Thanks
Damn 9 months? Definitely working then!
Ya I was really surprised!
