+ 1 Lipid Supplements HDL+/LDL-
ad
Hello all..
New to eroids.. Just joined! Already getting lost in the wealth post and knowledge haha
Anyways, was wondering if any body has any experience with otc supplements that lower LDL and help HDL.
Last time I ran Dbol HDL was like 17# 3 weeks into PCT. I was also using red yeast rice 1200mg ed. Total Cholesterol was 183 I believe.
I've read up on Red yeast rice and its good was wondering if there are any other options ppl swear by.. I also heard good things about pycnogenol and Policosanol.
Please post your experience!
Thanks!

anateus labs talos is a good cycle support or ai life support are both good products
I take 2400mg of red yeast rice twice a day so 4800mgs total, 20mgs policansnol once a day and a bunch of fish oil. This protocol has been nothing short of a miracle. My triglysorodes were like 140 and it brougjt them down to 70 and I can't remember my LDL values but it helped them signifitcantly also. Great combo but I don't think it does much for raising hdl but it doesn't seem like there's mjch out there that does that anyways.
This is right along what I was considering. Thanks for your input! For sure going to get the Policosanol now as it's so cheap. The Reason RYR is so good is that it contains naturally contains the RX med Lovastatin.
I'll be bumping up my dose. I know this can lower CO-Q10 though did you supplement with that too?
Exercise and eating clean is the beast thing to do. The supps will help rice yeast, fish oil, vitamin e oil
Yes of course diet and exercise! Ha I had total cholesterol at 258 severalll years ago before I started hitting the gym regularly and got my diet tight.
Yes fish oil too.. every day! Haven't looked into Vit-E oil though will have to check it out
I have slightly high LDL but just kept taking supps and cardio. Eating clean is wheres it's at though in the end, harder practiced than preached lol
