If you’ve got swelling 6 months post surgery you should check in with the surgeon. Needs looking at as that’s not an acceptable outcome.

BPC-157 and TB-500. Six months post surgery for total triceps rupture and I’m fully recovered. Stuff is legit!

Theres a lot of medical research on tb 500 and human growth hormone. The pre load on tb 500 is pricey but might look at just normal recovery doses and run the growth hormone around 4iu every day. Levels just above natural without going too far towards side effects. Start at 2iu every day and slowly move towards 4iu. 2iu am and 2iu pm.

Working with a physical therapist is key! Chemicals only do so much. Getting blood flow to the area and accelerating healing is a combo. Warm joint with heating pad prior to workout. Ice after to shrink swelling.

Agree with @Jockstrap here, good suggestions which I happen to also be running right now.

Optional additions for a "full peptide stack" to run could be VIP (vascular intestinal peptide) and Epitalon.

VIP: Does a ton of good stuff in the context of healing, can find a chart by searching it on google images. Notably relaxing blood vessels, enhancing blood flow, deactivating inflammatory responses, etc.
N-acetyl Epitalon: Telomerase activator repairs chromosomes for partial "anti-aging" effect on DNA, has anti-oxidant effects, and stabilizes circadian rhythm for better sleep (better sleep = better recovery).

There's debate about what the actual dosing is for these, but from the information I found I decided to run VIP at 100mcg (micrograms) and N-acetyl Epitalon at 200mcg per day with injections before bed.
