fish oil for triglycerides.

ad

While doing a Lil bit of research I'm reading that most
Fish oil pills are useless unless you get high potency
EFA/ DHA.
In fact for lowering triglycerides it's been suggested up to 4 grams a day of fish oil, or fish oil providing 2 grams of EPA and 1.4 grams of DHA per day.

How in the hell do you get all that in.
Any suggested brands?

I get my fishoil in a liquid form. It has a much higher EPA/DHA. The brand I am using has
5ml dose
EPA (Eicosapentaensäure) 825 mg
DHA (Docosahexaensäure) 550 mg

Spread across 3 daily dosages a day and 2 times a week a fatty fish source and you'll get all you need

What brand? I think you're allowed to mention supplement brands. Not sure though.

Yeah, you're right, haha, sorry, forgot about that this is allowed.
The liquid form from Myprotein. I was looking a loooong long time for Omega 3 caps with lots of EPA/DHA but never found any until I discovered this.

Can't find that in the USA :(

Cod Liver oil seems best bang for your buck.
I'm gonna see how this effects my triglycerides and get it tested in a week.

Do you use a high potency brand?

I read a lot about it and wow, it apparently has many benefits.

I'll be doing this very soon (as soon as it arrives)
And see how my blood work looks
