Creatine while juiced?

ad

I know most supps are pretty much garbage with creatine being one of the few exceptions. If on a first time beginner cycle of say 500mg/wk Test E with 30mg/day Dbol the first 5 weeks would creatine really be of any benefit, or would it be wiser to save that dough and pick back up on the creatine after my cycle is over?

creatine is very good, not as essential as protein shakes but it can be very good gettin you though a workout, and the way it forces water into your muscles doesnt just pointlessly bloat them like some people like to think, its essentially filling your muscles with the everything it needs to build muscle. i prefer to use it. on cycle i dont reckon the benefits would be as noticeable. all you can do is try it for yourself and see how you feel. its not going to hurt youa t all, just keep extra hydrated.

I love creatine when off cycle but I like to take it as soon as I start my PCT just to try to minimize my loses and keep my strenth up as well as size. Creatine during cycle is probably a waste.

Hey mate I have found over the years that creatine its self is a waste of money full stop. Creatine Monohydrate is a cell volumizer and as such can not distinguish between a muscle or fat cell. So as well as increasing the size of a muscle cell it also increases the size of a fat cell. Also you hear of all these people gaining strength while on Creatine. It does temporarily due to the extra leverage due to the extra fluid in your muscle and joints. Steer clear and save your coin for something worth while.
