+ 1 Best all around Vitamin/Antioxidant/Minerals?... + Custom PACKS?

ad

Does anyone have person experience with custom made vitamin/mineral/antioxidant packs?

I was listening to a Joe Rogan podcast the other day and Chael Sonnen (MMA Pro) was on and they were talking about supplements and how much of all of supplements is bullshit and marketing... But Chael Sonnen mentioned a brand I've NEVER heard of... Usana...

They are at least twice as expensive as other brand I was wondering if anyone has personal experience with both Usana, and custom vitapacks from other places.

They offer a custom vitapack THAT ARE FRIGGIN EXPENSIVE AS TITS! If you load up on the 52 day pack it will cost WAY over $200. Im hoping some members have either personal experience with whether they are legit or fluff

The part that seemed interested to me on the website was "90 percent of our products in our own manufacturing facilities so we can control the entire process, from raw ingredient to finished supplement

Please someone enlighten me as to this company I have never heard of before now...

You are better off researching a good organic fruit and vegetable multi-vitamin for men as the cost will come down and you will still be reaping the health benefits needed.

I've never seen any studies that say you'll get better performance or health benefits from a fancier vitamin/mineral/etc. pack. If there was proof of this, every athlete would be doing it. Just find a good quality multi-vitamin, etc. (plenty of reviews on the web) and you'll get the same results as with the $200+ stuff.

Thats the part that REALLY got me interested in the $200 company ones though. On amazon at least under the reviews it seems that people with serious liver/health issues used that one company, which ive never heard of before

People can say whatever they want. My point is that I've never seen any studies or even any compelling evidence that people are receiving extraordinary benefits from "expensive" vitamins and minerals. Food is your best source and eating well is the best way to improve your health in performance.
Eat well and take a cheap, but good supplement and you'll do great.

Yeah the crazy shit is that Chael was talking about it (and isnt sponsored by them) and ive read a million reviews and unlike other supplemtns people with real health issues use Usana which i found interesting
