My whey isolate has plenty of BCAA's so I
feel I get plenty through my Synthepure.

I take them in pill form at the start of each day, especially when I'm fasting, have felt the benefit massively.

I've been taking Aminos for awhile now, I'm kinda to the point where I feel it's a waste of money. I'd rather have the extra 30-60 bucks to spend on food or gear.

BCAA'S: The Building Blocks Of Muscle! Branched Chain Amino Acids!!!!!!!!!
The BCAAs are made up of three essential amino, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are essential because the body is unable to make them out of other amino acids, meaning they must be ingested through food or supplements.

During exercise—or any strenuous physical activity, for that matter—branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) breakdown increases. Research shows cardio and weight training, BCAA levels in muscle tissue decrease significantly. The breakdown of BCAAs in muscle tissue and subsequent decline in plasma BCAA levels can result in a rapid decline in strength, endurance, and overall physical performance.

BCAAs are the only amino acids that are metabolized in muscle tissue, and as a result, they can promote protein synthesis and prevent protein breakdown. On top of that, BCAAs also serve as an important fuel source for muscles during periods of intense physical activity. So, to improve performance, muscle growth, strength, and recovery, the best time to take BCAAs is before, during, and after exercise.

Always a Great Additive at anytime of the day......
