“Magnesium Absorption”
ad
I really desperate trying to find a quality way to maximize magnesium absorption. Sprays and creams are unproven plus pills don’t provide much absorption from studies I’ve read. Magnesium is involved in so many processes in the body. This is why I’m searching for maximizing absorption.

Bisglycinate and magnesium citrate are more assimilable.
On the other hand, limit the intake of coffee, tea and alcohol because they alter the absorption of magnesium in the digestive tract.
Interesting. I drink a ton of unsweetened iced black tea everyday
Reduce your intake and take your magnesium away from your tea intake
I will give that a try. Thanks
To increase the absorption of magnesium I've tried this Magnesium Bisglycinate CENSORED LiNK
after consulting a doctor. He said that it might take some time to improve my symptoms of muscle cramps and psychological issues. The improvement that I saw in my life was good exercise performance and fighting the depression.
I’ve tried magnesium glycinate. It is supposed to be more bio available. Don’t have any blood work to prove it, but you can read reviews on Amazon about people’s experiences of its effectiveness
I’m going to try it thanks but I wouldn’t rely much on Amazon reviews since many are Amazon created. But I appreciate the recommendation.
You can get liquid magnesium citrate in the Dollar stores,as laxative.
Very high absorption.
Woods is this proven? No sarcasm just I heard so much and much of it thought to be true but not true.
Didn’t the T-800 kill you?
HAHAHAAA or the T-1000
Any chance you would believe that’s my real name.
Hey bud you gotta be able to take a bit of banter for calling yourself Sarah Connors son or you ain't gonna last long round here
Of course Press I’m just having fun. It’s all good.
Huh
