Yet Another Cycle, However Theraputic
I'm planning what will be my 4th cycle. I ran NPP / Test Prop last time for about 10 weeks with moderate success. I gained about 6-7kg and had some significant strength increases towards the end. Why do I say moderate success? Well this was my first time running Nadralone and I ran it with Pramipole and Arimidex. As a result I suffered from really weird emotional states of resentment of nearly everything. These strange emotions started about 4-5 weeks in. I was a sobbing mess. I've had my levels checked at week 10 and my Estridol was elevated but not extreme, my T was about 1100 and HCT was near 50. To be truthful my motivation for NPP was purely to keep my joints feeling good and I may try a dose closer to 50mg per week versus the 100mg I ran before. My previous cycle looked like this NPP 50mg E3D, Test Prop 125mg E4D. Generally when I run Test around 300mg a week I tend to get some joint pain and tendon pain. A good example of this is my legs and forearms feel super full and as a result my joints start to bother me. I know that's not supposed to be the case but, I can say with certainty when running NPP I feel amazing aside from the rollercoaster of emotions. Additionally I also run NAC and milk-thistle throughout the year for liver protection. From what I've read some folks wont cycle unless they use a baseline of Deca or NPP, after using it I can now understand that statement. On NPP I literally feels like I'm 15 years younger and it's the only AS that didn't make me physically feel shitty at the end of my cycle. For instance Anavar gives me horrendous cramping. I'm hoping to minamize some of the emotional turbulence by using Caber this time around instead of Pram. Is this a realistic expectation??? I also had some surgery in January so I was more or less inactive for 3 months after my last cycle and I atrophied to meer mortal status during this time. I've been ramping up for the past two months with training. Also this time around I was planning to jump start with 3 weeks of Dbol, so I need to work out what my dose should, I have no idea. The primary goal is not really to grow or bulk but to leverage NPP for therapeutic purposes and allow Test to do it's thing for strength and recovery. I'm open for suggestions, please help!!

The emotional turbulence you were experiencing was because of your pinning schedule. About the best rollercoaster you can put yourself on is pinning test p E4D and NPP E3D. You need to research and understand half lives if you ever want to have a sane cycle.
x2
You can swiftly turn yourself into a woman doing things in the OP's most recent way!
No kidding, I would tear up anytime I would say goodbye to anyone.
lol yep, it can get that bad!
Follow Mak's advice fella. LEarn how to effectively manage estro. LEarn about bloods ranges and why being in range doesnt mean shit necessarily, the height your estro went to may have been in the so called range but was clearly high enough for you to feel like a mangina, so for you personally, you need to get it lower than it was. Learn about and nail those things before you cycle again and you will have a far more enjoyable time.
Do you really think he will is LEarn to keep his levels right?
I certainly hope so
The internet, gyms and bro's in general are littered with misinformation, it's no surprise someone else has made bad decisions
Experience trumps everything else though (of course solid research compliments experience), so if he takes advice well, why wouldnt he learn and improve?
If you ask me, I think he will.
Thanks for keeping things productive.
I'm cool with pinning daily, honestly don't care about more frequent injections. I was pinning NPP based on the published half-life from the manufacturer. Perhaps I will divide everything up to a daily dose. With such a low dose of NPP is prolactin and use of Caber still as much of a concern?
RustyhookerNpp has short half life. By time you pinned it was on downward slope.
Prop is completely dead and gone in 48 hours. Ed pins is best with 10 or MORE pin points
Ultimately this is what I decided I will do on this upcoming cycle of 10 weeks. Please provide input. Thanks in advance
Week 1 -4
Dbol 30mg
75mg Test Cyp/Prop blend (200/50) E3D (250mg a week)
20mg NPP E2D (60-80mg a week)
Caber .25 E3D
Arimadex .50 EOD (1.5-2mg a week)
HCG Once a week
Week 4 -10
75mg Test Cyp/Prop E3D (250mg a week)
20mg NPP E2D (60-80mg a week)
Caber .25 E3D
Arimadex .50 EOD (1.5-2mg a week)
HCG Once a week
PCT
Week 11-14
Arimadex .50 EOD (1.5-2mg a week)
HCG Once a week
Clomid - 20mg per day 30 days
All I see happening with that cycle is you crushing your prolactin and estro and ending up in a world of hurt.
I'm assuming you think I should adjust the Arimidex dosage or frequency? Also reduce the Caber or omit it completely?
RustyhookerWhats your real stats and priors?
41 years of age, training for over 2 decades. Roughly 200lbs 5'11" Started with AS about 2.5 years ago.
Typically been on a blast / cruise. I did however cease all AS just before surgery and during the entire recovery. I did a course of clomid for PCT and recovered nicely with my natural test numbers in the low 400s.
My first cycle was test only 500mg per week for 10 weeks. Second cycle was test 500mg with peptides throughout Nd tapered with Anavar for the last 3 weeks (never again). Third cycle was NPP with Test. All cycles were using with Arimidex. When cruising at 100mg test, I also take Arimidex but only .25 a week. The prior NPP cycle was the most complicated to date. I always get bloods before, usually in the middle somewhere and just after the end. I also donate blood or have a few phlebotomies because my HCT typically spikes into the low 50s. It spiked to 55 at the end of the NPP cycle. I have still not decided if I will cruise at the end of this cycle or PCT. I realize the benefits of both, but I can say with certainty I feel better after PCT than just tapering to a cruise. PCT for me even after 2.5 of AS use was pretty mild.
RustyhookerThere's no cruise and/or pct. You're on trt or you're not.
Natty test in 400.... pct. Research then figure out goals. Research esters. Theres stickies on top of each section that explain. Npp has a nice stickie posted.
You will care eventually!
Why caber?
Perhaps the pinning will get old, I've done it previously with peptides. Pinning 6 times a day.
As for Caber, I'm opting for this based on "Bro Science" and negative comments around Pram. I was able to acquire pharma grade Caber this time around, versus the Pram I have on hand is UGL grade liquid.
Sure, but what was it for? why were you taking caber, to combat what and based on what?
What I am at is you had an issue with estrogen management caused by what Mak pointed out and a bad estro mgmt protocol.
Learn about it, you wont need caber at all hopefully (that said....bloods bloods bloods!!!)
Its for npp.
That's a good point how still being in range may not be considered ideal. I typically get my bloods done every 2 months and absolutely before and after a cycle. I took the Pram on the advice of other who said not to take Nandralone without it. This was my justification for this ancillary. After further reasearch most would agree Caber is more ideal for prolactin management. I've never had any significant sides from Arimidex even at more aggressive dosages and the cost is not prohibitive. I'm going to up the dosage this time around to something closer to 2.5-3mg per week.
Unless you have a pre-existing prolactin problem, you wont need caber at all if you properly manage your estro
