+ 7 Would appreciate second opinions

ad

Hi I am 28yo 5ft11 229lb 30%bf

I cycled Test E 500mg each week split in 2 jabs for 10 weeks. I ran HCG and AI, then followed PCT. Thankfully everything went well as far as I could tell, I looked better and felt better, but things pushed me away from fitness followed by diet and my stats are now as stated above.

I have gear for my next cycle coming up, just making sure to align work and life right because I want to respect this 16 week process.

Please let me know what you think about my cycle:

Week 1-10 Test E 300 (twice weekly)
Week 1-9 EQ 400 (twice weekly)
Week 1-4 Dbol 30 ED | Adrol 50 ED
Week 3-12 HCG 250 (twice weekly)
Week 1-12 Arimidex 0.5 EOD
||| PCT
Week 13-14 Clomid 50 ED | Nolvadex 40 ED
Week 15-16 Clomid 25 ED | Nolvadex 20 ED

I am still planning my diet and workout regiment.

I got my bloodwork done, everything looks good except cholesterol is high (5.8mmol/L), I do have a rubbish diet and was eating a lot of sugar and junk food, I stopped eating out and I have started monitoring and somewhat planning what I will eat. Testosterone is 11nmol/L which is within the ref. range which 10-35, but still not sure how to feel about that lol.

EDIT:

Well I asked for it lol, I got some second opinions, I am lazy and I am a little fat lol, gonna but the gear in storage for now, and hit the gym and diet for a couple months before I continue with my plan. Thanks everyone.

Come on bro, "Week 1-9 EQ 400 (twice weekly)"??? I have been researching EQ for the last 6 months nearly every day. This shows you have not.

1) A 30 second search on this site or any other, including google, will inform you that EQ doesn't become effective until you hit 600mg and really shines in excess of 1g for experienced users.
2) During that same search you would have also found that due to the looooong ester EQ needs to be run at a minimum of 12 weeks and even better results will be yielded from a 16 or even 24 week cycle.
3) It may be a mild compound but there a sides that you need to know about and prepare for.

If you're going to shove this shit into your body, DO YOUR RESEARCH. You wanna get big, you wanna get ripped, you want the ladies or the attention. YOU DON'T WANT TO WAKE UP DEAD.

Naw not dumping and I took that written as 400 split twice a week. If researching parroting then um, yeah. Sorry 9 weeks? Seriously?!? Your advocating for that?

Yep looked at his stats, so what? If I wanted to mention Anything to do with that, I would have.

Give this a shot to strip some of that fat off quickly and then reassess where you are at.

"put the gear in storage and diet for a couple months" wise choice bro, you will make better gains at 15% bodyfat than you would 30% and be at better health anyways +1

I like this statement "I do have a rubbish diet and was eating a lot of sugar and junk food". This sounds like your typical person these days. It's always good to be honest here, but you really need to be honest with yourself. Do you have what it takes to live this lifestyle? It takes obsession and discipline to change your mind and body. This is not just eating decent for a month or when its convenient. Good luck man, it's not easy.

Stopped reading at 30% bodyfat..

Its obvious what's needed here before anything else. Steroids won't cut the fat, getting off your ass will.

No second opinion. The first and last opinion is to reduce body fat

My t levels translate to around 317ng/dl which is fine for a lazy slob. Do you recommend I be full assed and plan every meal? or should I have a margin I stay within? Thank you for the advice.

I actually needed that, thanks again bro
