Where to start?
ad
I am 42 years old, 5'7" and 235lb. I know, I'm a short, fat couch potato. I have never worked out in my life. Its time to make some changes. I just started walking 2-3 miles a day and also started doing yoga 1-2 times a week. I'v also changed my diet to mostly lean meats and veggies. My goal is to drop 35-40 pounds and tone up. I'm not looking for bulky muscles. Where do I start? Thanks

They got you covered below. I hope you listen and are not here for aas advice. You're a long, long way from needing them. Good luck reaching your goals!
Welcome bro, best of luck with your journey.
Never too late. Agree with below, start with diet and exercise...real simple. Key, Key, Key is consistency! Stick with it....progress will not be immediate, so dont be frustrated after 1 month and give up. Slow and steady wins the race especially at the start. If you slip up and fook up the diet, or miss a training session.....dont fret, and get back on the horse.
Stay in the diet and nutrition, and training forums.
At this stage it is all diet.

Cardio is your new best friend, give the link a read , also LOTS of diet n training info here, go to forums, then Weight Loss, then you'll have plenty of tips n answers to any questions. I like to do cardio in the a.m.on a empty stomach, also like to do speed interval training, sprint/Jog 2min/1min
Good luck, stay focused
