When to begin pin

ad

I've done several cycles, but all in order of 'time on, time off' . Fell victim to the holidays, so I was out of the gym for about a month. Held onto more than I thought I would, bulkwise! Lost about 10 lbs. Got my gear. Can I just head back and hit it at a medium intensity working up, and begin the juice, or should I get my body re-accustomed to working out before pinning. If it's been asked a thousand times, don't beat me up. A simple answer is all I'm after. Thanks folks.

I've been victim of the old holiday break myself once or twice. I personally waiting to get back into the swing of things before I started to pin. Get back into the routine and you'll be ready to rock and roll!

Kinda what I was thinking. I'm ready mentally, but I need to give my muscles a kind of 'heads up' before I blast away. thanks bro

a few weeks is not going to hurt any. Just go to the gym now. As far as when to start a cycle. I would do it when you are ready to be serious.Really needs answers like your age? Current blood levels? Body Fat?How long have you been off cycle? What was last cycle? How is your diet? Is this something you just do not care about enough to give it effort?

p.s. been 'off' for 4 months

I'm 37, blood levels good, body fat 12%, ran a 12 wk cycle of cypionate only, 500mg/wk, waited 2 wks, PCT for a month. As I mentioned, the holidays killed my will power:( So my diet has sucked for about a month, but I've gotten back on a really clean diet. I care plenty, I just took the time off because of the holidays (too damn busy, diet went to hell). And I am serious. I've just started back to the gym, so my question is simply should I put in a few good weeks of training before I begin this next cycle (Dbol x 4 wks, cyp 500 and deca 250-12 wk total cycle), or am i gtg with jumping right back in? thanks in advance

I would start now. If your bloods are good and your eating right and in the gym.
