Week 3 Test E cycle, need to stop early advice

I just started week 3 of a Test E cycle 500mg per week and i need to stop due to a herniated disk in my neck possibly requiring surgery! What pct should i follow considering my balls etc seem normal? Ive had no noticeable changes in libido etc as of yet as well. This stinks as i planned this cycle months in advance and made sure my diet, and workouts etc were super dialed in. This sucks

100/40 week 1
100/40 week 2
50/20 week 3
50/20 week 4 boom your done with pct you can use aromasi I pct if your like
AnonYou should still do a full pct it doesn't matter what you think your balls are once you shoot oil(synthetic test) in your body it's game over so wait 2 weeks after last injection and then start pct
