Under-dosed Test and Crashed Oestrogen
I have been taking 300mg test e every 5 days which comes to 420mg every week.
I have also been taking 0.5mg adex every other day. After 6 weeks I got my blood work done and it turns out the test I was using very underdosed.
My test is 29.3nmol/l and oestrogen is very low.
I have decided to stop taking adex for now.
Now I have a question
I will stop taking the test e from the brand I have been using and I have purchased from a different brand which is a very reputable brand so I’m 99% sure this one is legit. My initial plan was to do a 12 week cycle.
Should I just use the new test for the next 6 weeks? Or should I ignore the first 6 weeks since my test is only just outside normal and do another 12 weeks using the new lab which I believe is the real deal?
I also plan to get my oestrogen tested again soon in about 3 weeks to see how much adex to take.

Probably died from adex overdose.
If you do decide to start over again. At least let your estrogen return to normal again and start with a smaller dose of ai.
It does seem underdosed.
But a bigger woah is the amount of adex you are taking. Averaging 1.75 mg per week. Seems high to me, though it is based on everyone individually. How did you come up with this dose to take? This seems to be the reason your e2 crashed. Your underdosed test doesn’t help either.
