+ 1 Tren/Prop/Anavar Cycle Critique
ad
Hey all. Just started a tren/prop/anavar cycle and am looking for some feedback. I am 25 years old, 209 lbs, 10% bf, and 6' 1". I have about 8 cycles under my belt, half of which were with tren. My workout regimen will be 5 days on 2 days off with moderate paced cardio 2-4 times a week. Calorie intake will slowly be tapered down over the next 10 weeks from around 4200 (current) to around 3500. Aiming for 5% bf at the same weight I am at now. My cycle details are as followed:
Week 1-10
100mg Test Prop ED
Week 1-8
75mg Tren A ED
Week 6-10
100mg Anavar ED
Week 1-10
.5mg Adex EOD
PCT
Week 11-15
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Thanks in advance for any and all feedback!

Looks pretty conservative to and basic to me, for someone whose been running gear for years. good luck.
I'm not trying to make things too complex. If I was trying to compete I might put more into it but I'm not.
Any chance of a current self pic up in here?

Thanks for posting the pic.
I will be constructive here firstly by saying your physique reminds me a lot of my son (26yrs old) really nice and aesthetic shape you have going on right there.. ok so thats the praise part..... now to just get things on a level i expected more depth and thickness after 7 cycles so it looks like you need direction with cycle planning or more importantly nutrition.
I mentioned my son purely because the comparison between you is minimal but you have 7 cycles under your belt whereas he as NONE! zero,zilch.. never touched a single compound ever!... i hope you understand where i am coming from here bro?... something is out of sync with nutrition or training
methods.
Explain to me now what is your ultimate goal... is it to stay looking tight and lean or do you want to jack some serious size on with your steroid usage?...... if staying like you are is the goal you dont need roids.... if bulking is the goal let the guys here direct you properly, and please thank people for thier time or you will get more responses like up above from Gearhead... who bye the way could help you immensely.
I understand that I don't look like someone who stays consistent with his cycle. Keep in mind that the cycles I have done have been majorly spaced out due to various circumstances that were out of my control. With that being said I have fluctuated weight big time over the past few years. For example, I weighed nearly 225lbs when I was 18 years old. To this day I have only been able to get up to 230, and that was natural. I haven't had the luxury of having a solid gear connection until I discovered this site. So realistically my physique is only at the level of someone who has been cycling for about a year. I can assure you that my diet and nutrition are completely in check. I'm known as the guy at work who walks around with 3 or 4 tupperware containers filled with chicken and brown rice every where I go, and I've been this dedicated for years. I credit my ability to maintain SOME of the gains that I obtained through previous cycles during my long stints of natural training to my dedication to diet and consistent training. My goal here is to one day compete. I am currently 6'1" at 210 lbs and 10% body fat. Over the next several years I would like become as heavy as 280 lbs, cutting down to around 255 260 to compete. I hope this helps to put my situation into perspective. Now with that being said, I will never say that I know everything about diet, training, AAS, or anything else to do with this lifestyle. There will always be lessons to be learned and improvements to be made. I am here to learn and will take anything that anyone has to tell me into serious consideration and will pass on anything that I learn to others so they do not have to go through what I have.
Thats exactly the attitude to take bro if you really want to progress in this lifestyle............ +3
Now that's a great attitude to have!
U know what, I chewed up some significant time giving the kid some advice. Not so much as a thank you in view of the fact I didn't give him an ass whooping about this. I was quite nice actually. Don't expect anything more. As far as I'm concerned he can s?@K my d##&
Update: They young man did write back to me and was happy with what we talked about. We both expressed our regrets - me for getting peeved in the forum and he for taking much time to respond. So, I don't want to leave the impression that he is of bad character.
I get guys pm ing me on a regular basis that take up my time then can't be bothered to even show some gratitude. "Manners cost nothing" as my mother says.
Welcome to the joys of cycle advice!!!!
I would be pissed if I took the time out of my day to help someone out and didn't expect anything in return other than a simple thank you and didn't even get that. Not my intentions at all.
I'm a straightforward guy, I like please and thank you, isn't much to ask in my experience! You don't seem like the ungrateful type mate, welcome to eroids ;)
Hahahaha..... welcome to the club bro!.... i knew it would bite you in the ass at some stage lol i take it you have a clearer understanding of my "Boot to Ass" theory now huh?
I think that's an awesome idea. Could be a good way of validating the story. Hell, I might even apologize for being an asshole.
This kid throws up a physique that has 7 years of cycling and hard work to it. I'd have no problem dishing out advice or even saying I'm sorry for doubting the story. And you know I hate saying I'm sorry.
I,m expecting seeing something really special bro after reading the mans comments below....... but you remember that last kid we had in the van?........ well yeah! lol
I'm sure we will get something special. This kid definitely seems special.
Hey that last kid survived. Lol. He developed a horrible limp and had to use crutches for a while, but he survived.
I was gonna respond to this in public but my wisdom got the better of me and if you want feedback from me I will be happy to give it to you in private. I have a couple of suggestions for you. I sent you a FR. Very best, GearHead
There are just too many young people reading these things.
25, 8 cycles half Tren, yikes! No mention of prolactin control.
Alright, I am asking for advice, not to be lectured. I started taking AAS at the age of 18. Stupid ass decision? Yes. But I was a young, uneducated kid and was taking the advice of a couple of competitive bodybuilders that I met at my gym, one of whom was providing me the shit. I have made every effort to educate myself and take all necessary precautions. With that being said I still have A LOT to learn. Now, I have never used a prolactin suppressant in the past and haven't had an issues. I am aware that tren elevates your prolactin levels which can lead to nasty sides but I have never ran into any in the past. Do you think it is absolutely necessary?
Doesn't sound like much has changed... carry on with your lunacy because you are obviously merely looking for a co-signer but DO NOT come here and get all pissy cuz you are not getting the responses that you do want here... we can show you the door and you will be no worse off than you are now,,, Savvy?!
I came off wrong, I apologize. I appreciate any help that anyone is willing to give me. I admitted that i still have a lot to learn in regards to AAS, therefor I am most certainly NOT merely looking for a cosigner.
Actually you were asking for a critique. That is a little different than advice. A critique allows room for lecturing and criticizing, does it not?
First, I really don't believe that this is your eighth cycle and I really don't believe that you have had four previous tren cycles.
Especially if you haven't experienced estro or prolactin sides and especially since there is no mention of anything to control the prolactin or aromatized estrogen. So please allow me to be 'critical' of your story.
I just find it hard to believe that in 7 years of cycling neither prolactin or estro have reared their ugly head. I just don't see your cycle dialed in good enough to verify the experience.
So I say good luck. When your prolactin levels raise and you get to the point that no matter how hard you jack you can't lose your goo and the milk starts to trickle from your titties, I say that is when you come in for advice. The fact of the matter is that if you've had four previous tren cycles and no prolactin or estro issues without any mention of estro or prolactin control .. Bro you have shit already dialed in, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Just go with what you have done in the past, maybe even share with us those previous cycles so we can see how to beat prolactin and estro without a.i.'s, caber or proviron or masteron or whatever. That might save a few of us some money.
Best of luck,
Ed
Alright. There's no need to bash me though. If you all would give me a chance you would see that I am very receptive to criticism, as long as it's stated respectfully.
I stated that I am using an AI, adex at .5mg eod, to combat aromatized estrogen. I have experienced slight estrogen problems in the past but thankfully I have never had to deal with gyno. A prolactin suppressant is something that I have never used because, like I said, I have never felt like I needed it. I'm not saying that prolactin issues won't arise I am just stating that they haven't in the past. I am going to pick up some caber when I get paid.
As for my past cycles, I have ran tren e, tren a, test c, test e, dbol, winny, adex, clomid, and nolvadex. I started off running Test C at 500mg per week and Tren E at 400mg per week at the age of 18. My first three cycles looked like this. My boy at the time hooked me up with some Adex and told me to use it my nipps become irritated. He never mentioned prolactin which set me up for failure, obviously. This guy was over 300 lbs and had competed at the national level though so I took his word as fact. Looking back I realize now that he was simply trying to make money off of me and my buddies. Now I know that prolactin is a very real issue and is not something that I ever want to deal with. After my first three cycles I took a few years off of AAS and didn't hop on another cycle until I was 22. This was my first run with Tren A. I ran it with Test E for a total of six weeks and ended up gaining 20 lbs. Of those 20 lbs I lost 15 due to a piss poor pct. I'm sure you can see by now that I like to learn things the hard way and I am trying to fix that which is why I am glad I found this site. After this cycle I ran a few test e dbol cycles over the next couple years when I could get my hands on it. I found this site last year and since then have ran a test e, tren a cycle (last summer) and a dbol test e cycle at the end of this past year/beginning of this year. Of these two my most successful cycle was the tren a test e cycle. I was running the tren at 350mg a week and the test at 500mg a week. I ended up putting on 10lbs and dropping 6%bf.
I hope this gives you guys a bit more insight into what my current knowledge level is, however minute it may be. Thanks again for your responses and time.
Props brother. You showed up, posted pics, and explained shit.
I'm sorry for rushing to judgement and being a jackass. I'm a little jaded from a lot of the bullshit the young guys throw out and was wrong with you. Posting the pics, and standing up instead of disappearing like most do when called out earned my respect and i owe you an apology. Hope you won't hold it against me for being so quick to judge.
FR sent, hit Me up if you accept it and I'm happy to share a prop tren anavar cycle that was really effective For me.
+2 bro for handling your shit and earning my respect. Again, my apologies.
UPDATE - Did a little homework and am thinking about cutting my prop dose in half. That will put me at 350mg prop per week and 525mg tren. It seems as if this will allow the tren to work harder while limiting nasty estro sides from the test, even though I have thankfully never experienced any significant estro sides in the past (and I'd like to keep it that way).
there's no such thing as a weekly prop dose
I was stating that my total prop intake would be at 350mg a week. 50mg a day x 7 days in a week = 350mgs.
I know what you're stating. But it doesn't make any sense. Learn what the half life of the prop ester is and how it builds up. Then you'll get what I'm saying. 50mg a day or 100mg every other day makes sense, but not 350mg a week.
I got you bro.
BAAZAAM!!................ Finally someone who understand the half-life cleave................. +3 bro you just renewed my faith in stereotypical meatheads
