Stay away from Tren of any esters.... exspecially being new to it.... the sides alone are enough to drive u crazy.. night sweats... insomnia.. acne/backne like a mother.....recommend just using Test it will be just as good as a fat burner with proper diet....an training ..... But honestly being only 21 ish ....... Stay away from AAS for another 10 years at best....
Muscle toner? Lol I hate when people say that. "muscle tone" "muscle definition". You get toned/defined by being lean thats it. New guy on tren 50 mg ed would go good.
WTF is your problem? Its his first fucking cycle! If you dont knock your pisspour advice off your gonna get banned! I already dont like your ass so stop giving me reasons! Dude is fucking 21 and was already talked out of roids down below and now your dumb ass is giving him tren cycle advice!
mintoLOL at roid noid having a meltdown..... internet is SERIOUS BUSINESS HAHAHA
Meltdown? This doesnt even get me excited! Its kind of a hobby at this point! but telling 1st time users to use tren aint cool and I wont put up with it, so my goal was to get his attention so he would quit. However that didnt work and now you got yourself banned as well?
Anonsince you seem to lack respect and from what I have seen from your other commentary have a few says off on me ;-)
sgtstedankoEat Roughly {current weight all in pounds} x 10 = total cals per day to lose weight & burn significant fat. Then after you get to your goal; you'll need to up it to right about X 13 to maintain it. You're gonna have to Fast after breakfast (NOT EAT) For the rest of the day, once per week. Make it an off day from the hard work out days.
45% from good lean proteins (Chicken/tuna/salmon/bison steak) 1-2 shakes per day at the most.
40% from good quality carbs {Quinoa, and Buckwheat}
15% from fats {Flax seed oil, olive oil}
Your muscles & brain rely on carbs for energy, and it looks to me as if you're not eating enough. Remember, not all carbs are created equal though. Note - Remember to consume a good portion of those carbs 1st thing in the morning & after hard workouts!
Make sure the following are on your shopping list. Every single Time! It helps to pre make your meals Every Sunday, portion & make your meals for the week ahead: )
Chicken/Turkey. Maybe switch it up a little w/Bison steak once per week
Quinoa/Buckwheat
Red Cabbage
Dry Black Beans
Butternut Squash
Spinach
Bananas {LOTS OF BANANAS}
Snack on almonds, celery w/all natty peanut butter & fruit {Fruit before 6 p.m}
IF you drink tomato juice, drink organic
Use your non dominant hand to hold your fork when you eat, & brush your teeth.
Getting your body to start trying to adapt to this will help speed things up immensely: IMO, this routine/regimen has helped me the most, out of anything... I live by it.
Take the fat soluble vita's {A, D, E, K with essential fatty acids (flax oil, is my fav)
Take C{250 at a time} & E together
Vita C should be taken 1 hour prior to, and right after exercise
Use the natural form of E, D-alpha tocopherol. Not DL
Do not take chitosan, or other fat blockers w/ fat soluble vita's{A, D, E, & K}
Beta Caratene can & should take the place of Vita A
The B vita {such as b6 and b12} should be taken before exercise
Use the niacinamide form of b3 if you get skin flush, or irritation {Don't use the slow release vers}
Take calcium with vita d. {Do not take with Magnesium}
Take more zinc {not w/copper}
Selenium is very important in helping to regulate metabolism as it supports the conversion of T4 to active T3
Always do your sprint/pushups routine; 1st thing in the morning, no exeptions!
Your workouts can vary, just get them in!
Pre workout: (On an empty stomach) 1st thing in the morning; No food, but plenty of clean water. For me personally, {before & during sprint/run days I love ice cold distilled water w/Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy, Spirulina, Creatine Hydrochloride & Korean Red Panax Ginseng powders mixed in.
Two - Four times per week. Start off by Sprinting, or running as fast & long as you can, without really walking 1st. Just start with sprinting {shock your body, into trying to adapt immediately} Then when you can't sprint any longer, Immediately stop drop & do 40 seconds of, at the 1st stop from sprinting, Do Pushups, 2nd crunches, & at 3rd stop do Mountain Climber Pushups & 4th, Mason twists. Do them individually at each stop. Walk for 1-2 min, and repeat for at least, AT LEAST 10 min. Mix, Mixed Grip Pull Ups into your routine. 2 or 4 sets to failure... Have at least one day of moderate pace steady state cardio {Like jogging, swimming, bike, walking, etc, etc, etc} I like to run for a few miles.
This is an exercise that pretty much works your whole body. That you can do on off days. Or whenever you so choose.
Pushup position Row & Squat Thrust:
{Place a pair of dumbells on the floor & assume a pushup position with your hands on the dumbells. 1. Pull the right dumbell up to the side of your chest. 2. Pause, & then lower the dumbell; repeat the movement with your left arm. 3. While holding the dumbells, quickly bring your legs toward your torso. 4. & then jump up. Once you land, squat & kick your legs back into a pushup.
IMHO, there is absolutely no better weight loss support, than your body properly fueled through vitamins, diet & exercise! Wait to use AAS for down the road, if ever!
You have to reach your natural potential 1st. & in my opinion, You're not there @ 20 something years of age, brother. Do this the right way, to better your life, for the rest of YOUR life! Come back, in a better position, & actual NEED to cycle gear. Be the turtle...

AnonThanks for this post man. Such great info here. I even printed it out and put it on my fridge to further study it.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinksgtstedankoNo problem. Cool. Let me know how it treats you. Feel free to pm me
Hey thanks so much sgt!!!! All that is very helpful, im guna change my workout and start doin the one you posted. I appreciate the advice/help very much! I workout about 5-6 times a week already so thats good...i have been working out hardcore and dieting for the past 9 months and when i started i weighed 275.5 an now im down to about 260 i know it does not sound like a lot but ive also been like i mentioned working out hardcore so i have been building muscle at the same time so that is why i just use the scale as a reference...but if you could see pics of me before i started and now...you wouldnt guess 260 because like i said ive been making up for some of the fat loss with muscle weight. Thats why i even considered juice becouse i just thought it would help me build muscle faster and get rid of the fat faster...since building muscle is easier from fat than from nothing at all. Like i said i am very happy you steered me away from it though...like i said before thank you very much i greatly appreciate it!!
P.S.
I will keep you posted on how things are going..i will also keep asking for advice when needed if you do not mind.
sgtstedankoYeah, no problem. That's partially why we're here. Good man, glad you're going to bo about the right way : ) Feel free to pm me anytime. Just put in the hard work, & you'll reach your goals. & 15 pounds is very good, brother. Keep plugging away. Kmi

Tren is great for gaining strength and keeping muscle as you cut calories since its a nutrient partitioner. Definitely gives a great look to the muscles. tren is a bad idea for a first cycle, there are sides that come with tren like insomnia and progesterone sides. plus Your too young for juice, work on diet and cardio, but if ur gonna run try Var, to me its just like tren in my opinion without the sides.
Listen to sgt. You need to lose weight before you cycle. You will be very dissapointed if you don't. You will still be overweight even with tren after a cycle. You could gain strength but you wont really look any different behind all that fat. There is no magic pill. Time to hit some of that dreaded cardio.
wow there is just so much wrong with this first you are to young second tren is def not a first cycle steriod more like 5th cycle.
like sgt says you have to put in the work
sgtstedankoAlright. I just looked @ your stats on your profile link! YOU ARE TOO YOUNG FOR STEROIDS!!! I'm taking upon myself to hook you up. You don't, & won't NEED tren for a long long time. At least 15 years, so get that out of your head right now. Next. @ six feet, 260 & 20 years old. I'm guessing you need a serious running/diet, Body weight exercise regime. So, that's what I'm gonna hook you up with. It will take me a little while. But YOU have to put in the hard work. NO STEROID WILL DO THE WORK FOR YOU.
AnonI would love a program too sgtstedanko
I'm not 260lbs and I'm not 20, but rather 190 lbs, 5'10, at least 25% fat, and 32 years old. My lifting buddies are pushing me to go on the juice since they say my test levels are probably too low at this point to really be of much use. I WISH I was still 20 so i had that high concentration of test in my veins. i remember those days... I miss them :(
I had some bloods taken recently so i will find out just how low my Test levels are soon. If they are super low, I might just go ahead and cycle. If they are still moderately high, I might wait a bit and see how much more i can progress without the gear. I'm 32 though so my test levels are only going to go down from here.
Either way I still need to drop some fat, so I'm going to follow your diets that you already posted as good as I can. The off cycle diet looks challenging. ;)
sgtstedankoSigh. More of you, huh! Diet & exercise are big time fat burners, dude. Stats. Age, how long have you been working out. Prevent cycles, etc, etc, etc?
