So your history of AAS use involves Test only, test and other AAS compounds?
Diet consists of what?
Do you have a cardio regimen?
Your goals are okay. We need to work with you and help you get down to 15% BF. Then you can modify diet and slowly put muscle on your frame.
I usually always run test, I have ran test with dbol a few times, as well as test andanavar. I have also ran test with deca. I did not like that at all. shut me down hard.
If deca shut you down hard tren will likely be harder yet.
I have ran tren before and like it. I ran approx 100ml of test to 200ml of tren.
I dont really keep track of calories. I would say im close to 4500 a day. I make sure I have a solid protein and carb with each meal. Snacks are usually things like avocado and granola. My sugar intake is high. I drink a ton of milk. I do not have a cardio regiment. Its really hard for me to gain muscle, Im afraid I will burn calories doing cardio that could have been muscle, but I know I need cardio to get to 15% BF. As I get older some injuries make it hard for me to go heavy. I have ac arthritis in my left shoulder, and mild nerve damage in my right. OK, so what are you thoughts on getting the BF down? Thank you for responding btw.
Are your stats correct? 6'8" and 245lbs.I don't see how you could possibly be 20 to 25% bf.
I checked it at work today 18%.
Ok.You definitely have room to grow.I'd cut back on your high sugar intake and replace it with good calories.
Any suggestions on how many calories a day?
I ran your stats through a calorie counter.I put you in as active. It came up with 3400 to maintain your current weight. If you are very active it would be 4000 calories a day. Here is the calorie counter http://www.mayoclinic.org/calorie-calculator/itt-20084939 You need to keep track of the food you're eating so you know exactly how many calories your getting a day. It's a pain in the ass,but it will be a game changer when you hit the right calorie needs.
I will start tomorrow. I am very active so I can see why im just staying stagnant based on what you are saying. Thank you. I really need to step up the diet. I cannot believe how much damn food I have to eat. I have been sitting here looking up nutritional value of some of the things i would eat in a day. Man I have some work to do.....
Yeah dude. Before I started tracking my calories,I thought I was getting over 3000 a day.I felt like I was constantly eating.I tallied up the calories and it came out to only 1800 or 1900 calories.
ive been using myfitnesspal on my phone. I like that little app, easy to use.
Im in the process of downloading it now. thank you
I have a fitbit one activity tracker that has a calorie tracker.I have yet to use it though. You can search the foods you eat or you can use the barcode scanner to figure your calories.
my girl just told me about the fitness pal....im gonna try it tomorrow and let you know. thanks for the help fellas
You're welcome.Post here tomorrow what you end up with calorie wise.
