Tren and Test-E how many times a week

ad

i'm 5'7 at 175, 30 yro, I'm starting a cycle of Tren and Test-E. At the moment I'm doing 1cc/week. Should i up my weekly dosage?

It sounds like this will make muscle faster than the soft tissue can keep up and I would not recommend
I would hold off any cycle until you have achieved a higher level of strength and conditioning naturally
At the end of the day, we only have so many blasts in our lives - especially the more injuries we accumulate - so I would save this cycle when you’re ready to go full go on everything

I'm assuming it's tren e at 1ml a wk and probably the same for test e at 1ml per wk??

that's actually right, 1ml/w if tren e and 1ml/wk of test e. Should i remove tren and replace it with deca?

It's hard to answer this.. how old is ur injury?

I'd have to agree with Rusty then.. Drop the nors, they will just mask the pain and I wld focus on a full natural recovery from such a weak joint. Deca is still going to up ur strength too quick and taking it as a supporting compound just seems overkill at a low dose of test.. I'd focus on joint supplements, joint therapy exercises, and maybe throw some var if u stay low dose test and feeling strong.

It would be a much better option.

Also 1cc/week doesn’t help. A cc could be 200mg or 500mg. Regardless drop the Tren.

There’s no one that could possibly know that but you.
If you have to ask I’d say stop or at least ditch the Tren..

This is going to be my 3rd cycle since my last one finished in november. Lifting 4-5 times a week. Goal is to be back to 190 pds, i had surgery on my left risk and it took me out for months, I'm looking to get my strength back.

Do you think your wrist can handle getting strong quickly. If you finished in November the injury must have been recent.
What if you injure it again before it’s completely healed? Your only thirty..

Do you mean wrist & what caused the injury?

killerbrooker369's picture

that's right wrist, sorry autocorrect. it was snowboarding, damaged tendons, ligaments and displaced bones.

I can imagine that really scuppers a lot of exercises, I've never skied again after what happened to Schumacher. Made me realise how easy it is to put an end to your training - same as motorbikes! I assume the reason for the low dose is to take things steady is it.

killerbrooker369's picture

yeah that's why i'm starting with a low dose, but i'm thinking that's too low now that I'm in week 2. Should i do 2cc/week and then move it to 3cc? i don't want my testosterone to go up and down with what I'm doing during the week.

I used to love snowboarding, right now the size and length of my board is, do you think that would work?

Personally I would leave things the way they are, it will take till at least the 4th week to see any results from Enanthate of any kind. You would have been better just doing a Test only cycle at present with that injury, trenbolone masks pain so it could be doing more harm than good. You want to be fully alert when lifting and aware of any slight twinges or pains & also the last thing you want is the do or die mentality from tren when lifting.
