Time on = Time off theory
Bio:
25 years old
6'-4" 200lbs
10% BF(roughly)
So here's my situation. Looking to start my 4th cycle, a second cutting cycle. The previous was 10 weeks of 50mg test p & 50mg of mast p EOD. With clom for my PCT. All went smooth, PCT worked great. Added about 8lbs of lean muscle while maintaining 10% BF. Now, i want to do another of the same but trying to figure out when to start again. I've been off for about 6 weeks and getting antsy.
My question is does the Time on = Time off theory apply to such a light cycle? Should i just get blood work done and go from there?
Note- My reason for this cycle, I play a lot of sports (not professionally or collegiate) and its amazing for this. Most people ask why not tren? Endurance, tren kills that. I'm also not looking to gain massive amounts of weight, just a practical, usable amount of size/strength. Its also amazing for recovery when playing 3 games a week on top of strength and conditioning training.

Much appreciated guys.
I personally think its a good idea to take a little more time off. Let the nuts rebound and try to increase the natty production with nutrition and workout strategies.
Especially at your age. You don't want to risk being a trt guy at 25.
I think time on+pct time=time off + 1 month.
Just a personal preference.
Theory still applies. It serves two main purposes here.
1) allows for the same timeframe the HPTA was shut down to reboot
2) allows for stress to be relieved on connective tissues.
The latter reason is important in terms of reducing likelihood for overuse injuries. While on gear, the muscles are growing at a rate much faster than the tendons. As a result, additional stress is placed on these tissues. The time off allows for them to recoupe, IF you're not overdoing it during the time off.

Right on, homie. Glad to see you back around here doing what you do.
VewiTime on = time off + PCT yes it does regardless of cycle.
The only time it doesn't and why its so important to know what your baseline bloods are is. If you go get bloods done and your back to your baseline it means you have 100% recovered. Regardless of how much time you have taken off.
