I am 28 years old. Working out for most 5 years. I wanted to do a first cycles my friend give me great idea. To start with test400/2cc week and to take M1t 10mg/daily. After talking m1t for 3days I stop I also did 2cc/week. After doing lots reading I have come realize my stupidity. I am planing on just taking two shots of .5cc test400. Or if I have to stop to I have start pct. Some plz help

hi there u would be better of running just 1cc of test for your first cycle you will grow of that defo with your receptors being new to the gear

Test 400 usually consist of test e,c,and p sometimes acetate as we'll but no dec
A lot of the test blends are based off of the Sustanon formula.
I've seen some strange mixes, test isocaproate, decanoate, undecanoate
Those are the black sheep esters of course.
Yea those are usually sustanons or like u said strange mixes.
I wouldn't touch those just cuz I would think it's a hassle having to wait for the test to build or clear ur in ur body
But usually t400 is test e 200,cyp 100, ace or prop 100 or 50 mgs of each
I feel like their usefull in trt.
In the guy who cycles though, it's a pain in the ass to wait 8 weeks for decanoate to clear out.

Alright now we have something to work with.
The longest half life is enanthate, which is 10 days. On the casual enanthate cycle, most folks wait 10-14 days to start PCT. I Persia lot wait 14 days. You may have slight low T symptoms, but assuming pct goes well (God willing) you'll be recovered. Of Course the only way to tell is from bloodwork. Do you have a baseline test level established?
I did my blood test at the beginning of the year can I use that as baseline
What was your result?
Was it irregular?
Cyp ester takes slightly longer than enanthate I usually wait a little over 3 weeks but that's just me
Yup you're right. Don't know why I thought the half life was 8 days. Turns out it's 12-14.

No Clomid (clomiphene citrate)?
The two work synergistically together, and Clomid has been proven to raise FSH levels.
I use Clomid at 100mg a day for two weeks, followed by 50mg a day for 2 weeks, 40mg of nolvadex a day for the first two weeks, followed by 20mg a day for the last two weeks like ealier comment is this still okay
I think you're a bit confused buddy.
You're supposed to run BOTH the nolva and Clomid at the same time.
Day 1 would be - nolva 40mg AND Clomid 100 mg.

Lol ur good person I can tell man but yea let him figure out the rest sometimes I like to help but too much help isn't good either these dudes have to some reasearch. I'm sure u have done ur fair share of research and trust me I have had endless nights I still learn everyday but regardless these dudes seeking answers have got to do more research before doing any aas period and I'm thinking sometimes letting them hit bottom might be good cuz that might make them think and research more before they make these decisions.

That's an individual experience. For me, around week 3/4 when the testicles really start to shrink I do get some slight pain.
Your description of the pain is worrying me however. Has atrophy set in yet? How small have yor testicles gotten compared to when you started? If the pain is as severe as you are describing it, I would go see a doctor. There could be some underlying issues that you'll want to check up on.

Thx for replying fast. I found out that I am not ready for now. I took 2 shots off test400. This is the first week of cycle. If i stop now do I have to use pct.

But I recommend u take a good look at the beginners group they have a lot of first time cycles set up.
And u can't just inject 2 times and that's it so don't start ur cycle till u have made plenty of research.
Mainly beginner cycles consist of 10-12 wk cycles of test e or test c with an ai on hand for estrogen.
Always buy ur pct before anything !! Standard nolva/clomid would be ok.

Is this your first cycle? If so a basic test C or E at 400 mg a week is plenty.
