Ive done 1 prior cycle
I'm trying to cut up
weeks 1-8 test prop 75mg/eod
weeks 5-8 anavar 50mg/ed
weeks 6-13 igf-1-lr3 60mcg/ed
week 9-12 clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 50/50/25/25
weeks 1-12 adex .25ed (to reduce water retention)
weeks 1-12 clen taper 20mcg-120mcg 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, off weeks will be eca
On cycle support liv52, b6, bcaa
what do you guys think about this cycle

PermalinkProper diet will drop body fat brotha. There is no magic pill to make you look like Arnold over night.. you need to hit the breaks.. Start adex week 3-4 .25ml EOD start pct two weeks after last pin... keep it simple bro !! Work on your diet, start carb cycling to burn that bf%... I see it this way 30%gym 70%diet !

24 years old and running this much shit is rediculous bro. your natty test is still high as fuck,,, unless you have clearly hit a plateau and you are a hardcore lifter that looks jacked to the potential of your body, i disadvise this much gear, 12 weeks of clen is fucking rough bro, 1 prior cycle is it...drop the anavar, waste of money at your bodyfat percent, stay simple bro,, 12 weeks enanthate, prop, cyp, or sust, clean diet, minor calorie deficit throughout cycle but keep up on protien and do cardio,, the gear and the adex will help keep your body anabolic while on diet,, example, my last cycle of 12 weeks of sust on a calorie deficit i dropped from 20% bodyfat to 15, I i ran adex througout. all said and done i only gained and kept 6 pounds of lean muscle but looked better than ever while my buddys looked like bloated jersey shore goobers

First things first! Your not eating enough carbs!! your eating at times wayyyy too much protein, and you have no good fats?? Brother I'm 260 and you eat more protein than me, you will not cut BF this way if you keep going...I know u said u cut 3% its only becuase you have bacicaly ZERO CARBS right now other than first two meals, you will slow down and hit a wall trust me...not to mention look flat and have no energy while your on gear and training hard...... oh and you said your losing muscle? well I got news for ya its the lack of carbs making you feel that way...and making you look flat and weak bro... giving you the appearence of getting smaller...this is all making sense now huh?? lightbulb?? lol YOUR NOT LOSING MUSCLE eating all that protein...period.
As far as the gear goes personally I don't think you should be using at age 24, however you'll do what you want and thats your choice brother..For you trying to lose BF Why would u take Test?? First you have to hit that shit eod which is a pain in the ass...second although its fast acting you still can hold water and not see your bf dropping in the mirror like you'll want to. You said you wanna CUT up right? Yea yea I know arimadex for water retention...yea but why do Prop in the first place? I wouldn't, If it were me I'd run the Primo@400mg a week for 12weeks Var@50mg ED for 8weeks (4-12) with the IGF1.. I'd run the clen 2weeks on 2weeks off only going up to 100mcg for you throughout the cycle. pct is fine. although some HCG would be good for you especially at your age man...
weeks 6-12 optional 200mg Tren eneth a week and or Masteron Prop 300mg weekly with Primo and the var.
Keep in mind I'm playing it safe with these doses cuz its only your second time...

As far as my fat its all in my gut and chest everything else has little to know fat alot of definition in my arms legs and shoulders and the 18% is from my bathroom scale so idk how accurate that is... but i will deff up the carbs especially when i go on gear... and i think im gonna discontinue the clen and just stick with the prop for this cycle.and the reason im not doing primo is i testt is alot cheaper lol

RustyhookerPlease don't do that cycle. Clen etc is permanent heart valve damage. Diet is not clean with 18%bf.. Please cardio down below 15%. Then come back and we'll get you slice n diced.

RustyhookerClen and eca yes. Clen raises heart rate...test raises heart rate. I've run quite a few cycles and went agsinst common sence. Light cycle. Just 20mcg of clen had me 130bpm resting. Eca is speedy too. On a full recomp like you're going to do, the diet gurus here will definitly help ya. Prop will help with muscle sparing by itself. But try to get lower bf so you dont have bp, stroke worries. You're gonna have to sacrifice a lil mass loss but building you back up is much easier. Less worries--just grow.

RustyhookerI love eq when I'm below 12%! I can eat tons of munchies like yams, meats and veggies while growing and leaning out. But i did run eq for my recomp after injury and the hunger was wild. Ate veggies non stop for body fillers to keep hunger down. Was very difficult. Test e/cyp is good muscle preserver with less pins and won't boost hunger badly.
AnonMy last cycle was test e and eq and my hunger went through the roof i wouldnt be able to cut with my hunger like that i was staring at my watch waiting every 2.5hrs to eat. Then i was207lbs@ 23%bf and bulking i ended up putting on 15lbs and droppin to 21%.
Buildbigger86I understand the hunger with eq and test very well. I love EQ AND TEST. LIKE NO JOKE i lobe that cycle. But i have run that cycle with Var and var burns fat and also brings your appetite down and the higher the dosage you run the more your appetite will go down.

RustyhookerThe difficult part is "hardening" will be hidden. You might get some raise in metabolism. Simply put...you gotta strip it down first. Definitly not fun fun building is easier than cutting.

RustyhookerId suggest lower to 15%...you can get there in just a few Weeks. Post for diet assistance as those gurus will greatly help woth carb manipulation. The prop for 8 Weeks at 100eod and var at 50 2-8. Var is a hardener but it also will boost metabolism a bit. A body recomposition is rugged on the ego BUT starting off from a solid base weight will get you going in the right direction. Gear can asdist in keeping the base muscle but ultimately...stripping down to a lean base...then rebuilding will get you online. I just did a recomp after bad injury. Was yoked...got injured. Had to drop down to lean base....then rebuild. Its not fun but then after you're down to the solid base you can cardio and rebuild up much easier. Ive tried cut and bulks before...they dont eork. Eating and exercise is very different for each. Leaning down will let you re-learn kitchen disciplines. Kitchen will be a key for the rest of life. So...try to get below 15%. Post for diet asdistance. 100eod...50ed. Remember ai/pct. Cardio. It'll be hard work but you'll earn it and appreciate it. If there was a safe and real way other than blood, sweat, and tears...I'd surely post it bro!
