Test Prop/ Winstrol/Anavar Cycle Help

Hey eroider's my boy was thinkin of picking up these 3 compounds Test prop/ Winstrol/ Anavar he wants to run a 10-12 week cycle,i cant seem to find any cycle advise on these compounds in the same cycle...This isnt his first cycle he's about 40 5'7 200 lbs at around 11% bf, his main goal is to go for a lean hardin look..but his biggest issue is he needs compounds that will get out of his system farly fast he wrestle's for a league and big shots might call some day, so any cycle advise on these compounds or new cycle for this guy would be great thanks.

He needs to be in single digit BF% to get the best from either compound here bro! some will tell you var some will tell you winstrol but never both, for me it would be anavar because winny dries out my old f-ing joints too much these days, prop and var on a short cycle would be ok but dont forget to tell him he must run PCT after this because he will be shut down good style.
Test p and Winny. But not var n Winny together. Too harsh
NicoTheFrenchso did alittle research and this guy wants to run 2 ending orals didnt think much about it at first but now i get it lol so would u run anavar and prop or winny and prop??
