Test E instead of prop??
ad
Stats: 26 years old, 5.11, 15 stone 2, body fat % unknown yet but about 18%. Trained for 8 years solid 5 times a week. And I've yookanavar only cycle and winstrol depot too.
When I get back from my Holliday end of August was planning on lowering body fat by cleaning diet up and uping cardio and still train like mad until spring then was thinking of taking test E 300 once a week. Instead of taking test prop and pinning more. If I had low body fat and kept diet clean whilst on testE would I lean out with out bulking up.
All advice welcome and other suggestions would be much appreciated

Anymore advice lads ?
So take 500 ml twice weekly and if I keep cardio up and clean diet I won't bulk up?? Clean diet would that be like 500 calories below maintenance ??
For your info PEZ there is 14lbs in a stone
test e @ 500mgs a week- 250mgs on a Monday and 250mgs on a Thursday, diet will be clean! high protein low carbs, pct will be a minimum of four weeks, and consist of at least - tamoxifen and clomid-
use a 23g 1 inch pin and rotate sites, delts, quads and glutes, try not to favour your delts just because its easy, you don't want scar tissue, you also need to pick an aromatise inhibitor, preferably aromasin or adex, once you have everything listed, post up again before you start and let some more people chime in and tweek everything to perfect!! pm if needed
Since this will be your first REAL cycle (cuz those oral ones dont count imo) i would go with the standard first time cycle which is a 12 week Test E only cycle at 500mg a week, split dose 250mg mon and 250mg thur.
If your diet is very clean and lean you wont bulk up.
300 once a week? Would still shut you down, so why not bump up to 600/week? Whether or not your bf% goes down on cycle just depends on how clean your diet is.
Was someone bored as shit one day and just decided to make a measurement of weight called a stone? I think I have heard it is 13lbs. I'm too lay to Google it.
waltrit's a british measurement
